This was so applicable to the times we live in. I was not able to be in service today because of being under the weather but I was able to listen tonight to this. I could see times and seasons of my life that I was like Naomi. But God!!!!!!

You're right. My husband believes once you get married the pursuing stops. That's exactly why our marriage is dead. He believes marriage is all about the man in every way. So basically wives are nothing more tgan a servant to their husbands. Being raised in church & reading the bible both tell me my husband is wrong. His mother instilled this selfishness in her sons. Sad to say she's a minister. I don't know what bible they are reading from but it's obviously missing lots of pages.

Dear Pastors, don't ever disappoint your family, friends with doing stupid behaviors. Always remember, pride goes before destruction. I don't really know you, you don't know me. I've just seen so much. A few moments of pleasure is ALWAYS for sale. The price is a life long heavy devastation of your life, your health, your marriage, your son and what he thinks of you. Your reputation, possibly your freedom outside of prison. I've just seen so much.🙏❤

This might have been my favorite message yet. Not only because of the wonderful plank analogy but I lacked a lot of guidance growing up. I had a very loving family but we were never involved in church or community activities. I never got involved in extracurricular activities because there were always negative judgements about so much outside of our home. Now, as an adult, I watch Collide every Sunday, try to live my life like Jesus, and share my new values with my loved ones. I've seen how Jesus has worked through me to bring my family closer and better overall. So thankful to have a non-judgmental church to call home because some of us are starting fresh as an adult and really need the authentic positive reinforcement. Thank you always for bringing me closer to Christ and helping me live the life I've always wanted and needed to live.

This is actually false. We can’t affect other people’s lives unless they allow our words or choices to “make them” change or do something. We can’t influence people unless they allow us to. It’s not our responsibility on how others feel or act or how they change their lives.
