Fallout 4 Kingsport Harbor (Kingsport Lighthouse) Settlement Build NO MODS
This is my take on Kingsport lighthouse settlement builds. All dlc is installed, no mods were used other than creation club content available on the PS5.
The housing is built around the lighthouse, which also provides power to the buildings. The settlement is heavily guarded to prevent attacks from trappers, and only one entrance is available in land.

Fallout 4 settlement build - Ghoul rehabilitation (The Slog) No mods were used - except creation club. The slog now aims to rehabilitate Feral ghouls to function back into society through the means of capture, decontamination, sensory overload and then studying their behaviour in an enclosed “settlement”.
