Finnaly got all my parts in along with some trips to machine shop to get the block and head sorted out. Part 2 will have final stages of assembly and hopefully a start up video!

In this video I explain how the stock brake set-up on the R32 GTR is actually pretty good and what you should change to maximize it. Its currently a night and day difference on my car and I saved about $2500 from going to a aftermarket big brake setup. If you want OEM brembos expect to pay about $1200 without brake pads and a EVO Brembo setup will run you at least $1500 for everything.

This video shows how to remove the manifold and change your intake manifold gaskets on a RB26. This video was done on my R32 GTR. You will need about 5 hours total to do this job taking your time and doing it right. This video was recorded over about a 30 day period and shows me getting my valve covers powdercoated and my LS2 coil pack relocation along with a couple other things, I bought the Mojo Performance brackets and they turned out great although I did not get a shot with the coil packs in the brackets. This video shows how to remove the old, blown out HVAC bulbs and install modern, brighter LED's, overall this took about 30 mins and is a cheap and easy mod to do. I bought a $29 keyless entry kit off eBay and show after the install. The pass side does not need a lock actuator installed as it has a factory one that feeds off the drivers side.
