San Antonio Travel Vlog: Family Road Trip
Переглядів 485 місяців тому
This past April, my family and I took a road trip from the Mississippi Gulf Coast through Louisiana and Texas to San Antonio for the 2024 Total Solar Eclipse. Along the way we went to a Pelicans vs. Spurs NBA game at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, several fun restaurants, the San Antonio Zoo, Downtown San Antonio and the Riverwalk, the wilderness of the Texas Hill Country, and Space C...

Honda Motocompacto Unboxing!

In this review we finally receive our Honda Motocompacto electric scooters, and unbox them. I also give a bit of an initial review. Overall they are super fun, cute and we really like them! They are very portable but I will say they are also quite heavy at about 40 lbs, and even though they are small enough to easily fit in the trunk of my husband's fiat spider (IYKYK) they would be hard to jus...
What I'm Putting in My 9-Year-Old's Easter Basket
Переглядів 6 тис.8 місяців тому
Can an Easter Basket be Controversial? How much candy? How much to spend? How old is too old for an Easter Basket anyway? This is my first UA-cam video in a long time and I thought I'd try and share my views on these hard hitting questions!
What a good time. We love Rail trails. Cute jersey
Thank you! I’m loving the jersey!
when Playstation decides to enter the motorcycle market:
I like that you guys both 2 ! ... I might just get my wife one also..
Have you done anything with graphics on the side panel yet? skins?
Childhood favorite, yum!! Love the mini loaf pan
Love the mini loaves! Grab & go!
Mom to an only daughter here. She’s 23 now, and I still make a basket for her. I probably always will. Some years the budget has been lower than others, but I don’t think she has ever noticed, because of the thought that has went into each one. I also make baskets for my nieces and nephews. They used to all get the same candy and mostly the same items, but now I am more intentional with my purchases, so they only get snacks or treats the like. I also try to get a few non-food items that are more specific to each one’s interests. Hope you all had a Happy Easter!
Love the basket and thought you put into it. My daughter also loves Cinnamoroll. If only my daughter enjoyed reading as much as your daughter though. It would have made me happy lol
Super cool! Ride safe & have fun
My dad is 85 he still gets a basket..everyone in my family does
New sub here
Did I miss the video on the stepsons baskets
They are all grown up and live in their own homes now! ❤ We won’t see them for Easter, but I usually get them and my husband some little treats if we do see them. Husband gets Cadbury eggs. ❤
This is indeed very heartwarming and very wonderful and very precious and very peaceful as well:).
First time viewer, why can't you do your childs basket without the cost coming into the picture. Alot of us spend mega bucks on baskets. My great grands are getting baskets fr this Nana the cost me over 300 each. They are getting summer clothes and several pr of summer shoes and books and jewelry and all the reg things that children want in their baskets. I have a 7 yr girl and soon to be 11 yr boy that knows hes not a baby anymore
The basket is super thoughtful. You kept in mind your Daughter’s interests and wants . You did an awesome job ! Love watching these videos’ and making gift baskets too.
Thank you so much!
Perfect mixture of gifts xx
My kids are 3 and 2 and 8 months my 3 and 2 year old love those little toys you wind up and they jump or walk around 😂 I got them one last year and it's only just broke so getting them more this year people call it tat but my kids love them and play with them all the time 😂😂
5:34 starts the basket ❤
Awesome basket!
Great basket. Yes all kids want to fit in at the elementary, jr high level. By high school that goes away. As a parent you should help if you can no kid wants to be the weird kid that doesn’t fit in. It makes their life 50 times harder at school. I agree with you. I love my Stanley and don’t care what people think.
i don’t think it’s that crazy at all to get her a stanley for easter 😭 it’s a cup so it’s actually somewhat useful and it’s something she wanted. at first when u said it was expensive i thought it would be like a nintendo switch lol (then when u said status symbol i knew it was a stanley)
my guess on the expensive item before seeing it: stanley cup
AYE
u talk too much...
she has adhd bro
Totally understand the interest in the thought process behind stuff like this. That is half of the reason why I watch these! Also, don’t worry about having an over-the-top basket. I have the same approach to my eight-year-old son’s basket- no budget, and mostly non-candy things that represent how well I know him. Go you!😊
It’s good to know other people are interested in this stuff!
Never apologize... my kiddo is 23 and she gets makeup, gas cards, etc in her Easter basket. My mom made us baskets until she passed away... it's all about what is right for you!!!
My daughters have Stanley’s in theirs too. I love these videos!
Here’s to some hydrated girls! 😂
@@wayathomemom 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Agreed!
You do not have to apologize for what you got your kid. I also got my two.kids Stanley's. But we got the smaller kid size.
Glad I’m not alone!
U dont have to explain yourself mama i have a 3 year old little girl and a 9 ywar old boy and i went all out on their basket as well i love spoiling my babies why not ?😅
Agreed!
I'm 56 and Hello Kitty was popular when I was growing up. My aunt would take me to the Sanrio store in the Japanese plaza. Amazing how it has remained so popular.
I was so surprised it came back! Popular when I was young too!
What is the big deal
Be proud that you can indulge her. Looks like a great Easter Basket!
Thank you so much!

What a cute baskets! Lots of great things in it! And like someone said you don’t need to explain yourself!
Thank you! ❤
A really lovely well thought out basket. All the items will last beyond the spring. I have so enjoyed putting our almost 8yr olds basket together. Also gone with graphic novels (bunny vs monkey and pooshkin), a bookmark light, hair bows and claws, seamonkeys (previous years we've had butterfly kit or grow kits) and jellycat daisy. Snacks wise 1 Lindt chocolate bunny and some easter Percy pigs from marks and Spencer and a spring/summer lined raincoat in her favourite colour. Im from the England, just on the border with Scotland and weather can be changeable but we love to get out and explore over Easter holidays so our basket will often contain some sort of outdoor clothing like new wellies, umbrella or spring/summer waterproof coat.
Oh and lego! We love lego in our house, it's something we do together on the inevitable uk rainydays over the Easter holidays.
Love the wellies idea!
Your kid's Easter basket, your decision. No need for apologies or excuses. Also, my 15 y.o. has been an avid Hello Kitty fan since she was little, and she's getting that same Cinnamon Roll lol.
Love that! I like when older kids still have that child like spirit!
Mama, do your thing! I hate when moms feel the need to explain their parenting...it is your kid, nobody else's!! If you want to spoil her, do it!!! It is nobody's business or position to tell you otherwise 🫶
Thank you! ❤
My daughter is 20 I still get Easter baskets and I don't buy the cheap little things that are going to break or the thrown in the trash I like my baskets to be intentional and my daughter has a Stanley in her basket this year
I think that’s so sweet!
She will love it.
My daughter is 10 and she loves everything hello kitty and friends
It’s so big rn
