I get attacks around 5am and during the day. I'm constantly praying and now my attacks is devil is saying am a hater of God. I had this attack 11:30-12am middle of last year and. It continues to attack me. I have did deliverance. It goes away and comes back each morning. I am constantly praying and fasting. Depression from this is no joke.

For me I have found out the easiest way to put my flesh under submission is through fasting. When i realize the flesh wants to take control for example, get easily irritated or more intrigued by carnal stuff. I delete all social media apps, read my bible back to back. When I do this my spirit is fired up and incharge. I have experienced other benefits as well. Supernatural encounters and also activation of spiritual gifts. Faith level 🎚️ goes up when I engage in fasting. It is easier to hear God. Details about people's problems and solutions (gift of word of knowledge+word of wisdom). I have come to a conclusion that fasting is for every believer. It is not about how many days we do we are all different. The spirit works differently in us. There's nothing like this is the template. Just start with any number of days you feel the spirit prompting you. Try out all kinds of fast short, long. As you engage in this you will find which one works for you and you stick with that. I once fasted dry for 3 days and was delivered from evey addiction i had. I can't come and tell someone who has the same problem this is the key. It is possible for them to do those 3 days and don't see results. You have the holy spirit residing in you if you're saved just follow the promptings you get. This walk is by faith no one knows 💯 from the start it will work. They only obeyed to their shock it worked. There's no master in this things.

Fasting is abstaining from all food. if you are giving up pleasures such as social media, tv, that is consecration- not a fast! if you are giving up certain foods that is called a diet- not a fast. A fast is abstaining from food for a certain period of time, and sometimes water.

You left out some important connections. Exerting your will with a purpose over cravings shows you that you can do it. It shows that your will is aligned to higher purposes than cravings, chemical dependencies, addictions, and the interference of microorganisms. (You have more bacteria cells than human cells in your body and they influence your consciousness. Cravings are the "will" of bacteria, not yours.)
