After watching the film, I watched alot of reviews on UA-cam to get other opinions on it. I hated most of them with how they made it out to be a horrible addition to the franchise where all the characters are off and where the movie has zero redeeming qualities. With this review, I actually found myself agreeing a lot and even started to think about some of it's flaws which, at the time, I looked over due to excitement. Absolutely love how you worded things and spoke about it in a positive lighting while still going over it's flaws. A lot of people don't realise that these movies are for kids, not them, therefore it's bound to be different from how they remember these movies. I'm glad that was a point you mentioned. Overall, it was absolutely better than the third and definitely felt like a Despicable Me movie. My only real complaints are that they didn't go into Margo's character a bit more, that Edith's stunt in the dojo was more or less overlooked and that they introduced Poppy who, while she was a good character, still stood in the way of getting more scenes with Lucy or the girls. 10/10 movie for me

Personally my top 3 movies are Despicable me 1 , Despicable me 2, and now Despicable me 4

This is an absolutely terrible idea! Dwayne Johnson cannot act out of a paper bag. There are plenty of great actors out there they can play apocalypse. Oscar Isaac’s would’ve been better received if they just made him bigger on screen and change the design.

Why not use the same actor who played him? He did good. I want to see him play Apocalypse again.

However, there are exceptions to this stereotype, such as Dwayne Johnson, who has proven himself to be a talented actor beyond his muscles. Johnson's versatility and range in roles have shown that he can handle more than just action-packed roles. In fact, his recent portrayal as the antagonist in the movie "Hobbs & Shaw" showcases his ability to take on a final boss role and deliver a convincing performance. Ultimately, while muscles may be a defining factor for some actors, it is their acting skills that truly determine their success and recognition in the industry. Just my opinion it's definitely a Final boss role.

Interesting. I think the Rock is perfect for the role since his acting tend to be one dimensional just like how Apocalypse is not very emotionally dynamic.
