Puro pwede na yang plant box na yan, pwede na yan kahit nilulumot yung building bigyan pa din ng permit. Okay na yang pachi pachi na aspalto. Putek 500 Billion ayuda pero walang magawang maraming railway. Kahit kaya namang sabay sabay magoagawa ng mass transport lines

Mauunahan payata tayo ng Indonesia, Egypt, Myanmar etc sa paggawa ng bagong Clark Global City

Ano nangyari sa master plan ni Palafox....hanggang sa papel lang ba yun

Bakit ang bagal ng development sa Clark city.....hanggang ngayon hindi pa nakakallipat ang ibang ahencia ng gobyerno....

In my view, they should include the visayas and mindanao in their planning, to lessen the migration from rural to urban. kaya napakaraming squatter or mahihirap, kasi walang trabaho. ito ang nakalimutan ni dating pres. D30. He should develop the Mindanao.

Current Administration of this Country, Phils. should listen to Mr Palafox views and recommendations.

Metro Davao Urban master plan is something that every cities should follow, not just to have economic growth but also to be presentable in any other nation who wants to visit Philippines.

Wow.. great.. having a convenient city helps to improve my hometown davao.

I hope, with this amount of money, the Davao Tourism Master Plan will lead to something promising, especially for its local communities. Not to mention the environmental impact it will create during the implementation of this project. If Palafox Associates can provide a straightforward and excellent proposal like this, they must analyze and monitor the negative impacts during the making of it. Sustainable Tourism is still what's best.

Davao is extremely an underrated province that has so much to offer. With the four (4) Tourism Development Plans that they've planning to build in the future, I disagree with the second (2nd) one which is the China Town Market. Yes it helps and benefits the community to build and operate a business, but I think the name of the market should be changed. Instead of using "China Town Market", it can be replaced as "Davao City's Tourism Market" or "Davao's Market".

After I watched the Tourism Plan for Davao all i can say is they really improve the Davao City. When it comes to structures and facilities. They also show to us as a tourist that there's so many attractions to visit here in Davao. And I hope that here in Angeles City can do this by exposing the beautiful attractions and culture of the Angeleños.

I like how this master plan is specific and concise. The development ahead looks promising and not only does it have specific development planned out on every attractions but it also highlights the attractions natural beauty. This master plan puts me in awe to the point that I’m very curious if this was approved and if it is has it shown any development already?

Davao tourism plan seems very nice has a balance when it comes or modernizing the place and it stills embrace and promotes their culture at the same times it gives more opportunites to residence/locals in the place. The Davao Masterplan is great, I really admire our late president Rodrigo Roa Duterte for this City, Specially the hidden electric wires of the city, I also love the design of Davao Waterfront, Great Work for the Davao City Goverment.
