Ingredients
Ginger garlic paste in my style:
Ginger
Garlic
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Green chillis
Black pepper
Jeera
Cardamom
Dalchini
Laung
Badi elaichi grind it together and make a paste
Home made bhuna masala:
Coriander seeds
Jeera
Black pepper
Kasuri methi
roast all this ingredients lightly and grind it make a powder quick recipe of bhuna masala easily you can make at home
For chicken marination :
250gm chicken
2 tsp curd
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp mustard oil (optional)
Mix it and keep marinate for minimum 15 to 30 minutes
Ingredients for chicken bhuna masala
3 tbsp mustard oil
2 chopped onion
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Chopped green chillis
1 chopped tomato
Saute for few minutes
Add marinated chicken
Salt as per the taste
Add leftover marination masala with half glass water leave it to cook in a low flame after 5 minutes add 2 tsp home made bhuna masala powder cover with lid let it to cook when aroma will be release check the chicken if it is cooked turn off the stove
