Also I do agree with the manual tension, some times I have to do small adjustments in order to get the best results, but what is going to happen if the machine do it automatically probably will set jus a standard set up, then if you change the settings manually accordingly to your needs probably the machine will correct that and screw it up😅😅, If you guys have any upgrade recommendation for the Pro 3 send me the links in order to have that, GOD BLESS YOU GUYS!!! Can you show how to sew Richardson 112 caps , across seam , without breaking needles ? I have the button attchment recommended, but still have some needle breakage. Run it at 600-650, use 12 needles, still breakage across seams. Thanks so much. Got 2 six heads and 1 one head. The button is on the 1 head. Had to buy new throat plate with the new button.

Still waiting for the hook timing video. I have 2 Pro 3’s and both are set up from the Factory a little different from each other.

Thanks for telling me about the different spout for the oiler, my blue tool box didn’t have it but my clear one did, I just installed it. I’m making a list of spares for my two Pro 3’s, thanks for the info. I’m surprised that a strap for the hat frame wasn’t on the list.

I've worn many hats in my life, but the Flexfit hat was the most comfortable. Their hats are amazing!

we need videos on how to stitch caps properly . We just one one in last month and the caps end up having a huge gap which causes needle breaks. Even on soft hats.

why does logos always end up looking off center on the machine screen? for exmaple why cant we center it using the lazer and have it show in the center on the machine.? is there a way to change that/.?

you guys have to make videos on how to run the machine. We just got one and there are way too many steps to do simple things. Why cant i go back to start with a click of a button? Why cant i pick the hat or flat frames with the click of a button ? I have to go though 5 steps for one simple thing. ITS VERY ANNOYING. And the hoops are TERRIBLE. It damages the material we put it on.

Very nice topic! Just wondering how that 35-50 dolars an hour would be factored in for a multi-head machine...is it the same?

The parts convo had me laughing, Im a mechanic at a uniform company have several variations of barudans around 2000 heads total. Remember towards the beginning of the year waiting several months for a touch screen for a 20 head. But worth the wait to back up your brand quality we had a floor manager once buy some cheaper 1 heads and they really do age in dog years compared to barudan machines. Also still have four N series on the floor also things are tanks only boards can bring em down haha

Bought a PRO3 hasn't made it here yet and i allready want to purchased another one. super excited. Thank you bo and the team over at the headquarters you guys are amazing.
