Everytime I visit Greenpoint I will make sure I get a traditional glazed doughnut from Peter Pan. Sometime I see family with kids having breakfast in there, it’s beautiful. Miss the shop.

So how many hours does he sleep? I suppose he's in the shop from 12am to about 12pm. But then he wants to have free time so maybe he goes to sleep at 6pm to have about 5 hours to sleep to be at work at 12am the next day. Wow bakers have it tough. We appreciate you bakers, thank you!

I know for a fact this is back breaking work! Proof that every job is hard no matter what the task is... Since the pandemic, I've started baking some of these goodies instead of buying. And let me tell you, they taste so much better at home. But these men deserve a thank you every now and then... So, thank you!
