We paid in full for a 6-night BVI charter with Steve and Bonnie for April 2020. COVID-19 struck and they were unable to honor the contract, which is of course understandable, as the entire charter industry was shut down. However, even though they could not honor our contract, they informed us that they would not be refunding the cost of our trip. They used a time of international crisis to profit by keeping over $13,000 of our money. During times of crisis you see people such as healthcare workers rise to the occasion and demonstrate the best that humanity has to offer. Sadly, you also see people like the Paradigm Shift yacht owners, who use a time of crisis to take advantage of others.
I'm sorry to hear that you were taken advantage of and I thank you for the review/warning. They'll never get any of my business.
