This is a walk around of my 1995 Suzuki GSXR 750. Highlights are Uni pod filters, Factory Pro jet kit and ignition advancer, Vance and Hines 4 into 1 exhaust system (with flat spot) polished frame, powder coated blue wheels, billet adjustable clutch and brake levers,

While working on the coilovers I noticed that the OEM brake lines looked horrible, I have had a brake line rupture on an old German car before, so I take these things seriously. Stainless brake lines are a great upgrade to the braking system, providing durability and better brake feel. I purchased this set from Pelican Parts.

I've been busy and somewhat stuck on a few necessary upgrades / fixes. The Stainless Steel Brake Lines got lost by FedEx and took weeks to arrive. I had a brake line blow out on my Audi S4 at 230,000 miles and the BMW's were looking old AF. The tachometer has been acting up for a while and just quit working a few months ago. Your undertail looks like the legendary dasasault under tray. Or it’s just a hotbodies. Those forks and exhaust are pure 90’s swag. Been trying to hunt both those for my 99 for 2 decades now.

Thats a nicely restored 98. I picked up a 99 thats in need of a lot of help by engine replacement. Its only got 18k miles but was missing a lot of parts. Im getting a second opinion on whether its salvageable. Parts are hard to find.
They are all worth saving. You can put a later engine in it if you can't find a 98 or 99.
I noticed on the actual door latch you’re missing the little rubber/plastic nub, the door won’t close properly without it. Not sure the part number but I just replaced mine and they’re about $9 from BMW.

I've had it for a few years, but it's not a keeper for me. Not sure what's next but something quicker for sure.

Air ride is still in consideration but it is down the priority list at the moment.

Adding an auto down / up for door closing would be difficult on these older cars, New cars use the power control module to control that action via CAN

Any information on your door to frame gaps would be invaluable in helping me get mine set right as mine have been messed with!
No problem. I will make a video showing how to get the doors to fit correctly. I've had an issue with my left door and it's an issue with the door seal being molded by the door and window over time. When I moved the door, the seal keeps the window from closing properly. I think I want to put new seals in as they will comply to the new / correct position.
I just posted a video addressing door fitting. The door seal had nothing to do with mine not fitting right. But I adjusted both sides and they fit great now! Cheers.
