It's just a nice feeling that even a very small bike can take you places!

UA-cam surely does read my mind and thoughts, just thought about a short motorcycle and got to this suggestion.

I use my small bike bc its cheap and requires less gasoline.

I had a leg injury during the winter and didn’t really get back to normal until spring. I usually ride a BMW F650GS, and we’ve got a few other bikes in the garage since my kids are into riding too. But honestly, all those bikes were just too heavy for my leg to handle. I didn’t want to miss out on bike season, which is super short where I live, so I ended up getting a Honda Hunter Cub. It’s only 125 cc, but it’s a fun little adventure bike. From May to August, I put over 6500 km on it! My leg is feeling pretty good now, but I actually prefer riding the Honda over the BMW. With the Honda, I don’t stress about where I’m going or worry about dropping it-I can just pick it up easily since it’s so light. My cruising speed is around 80 km/h, but I’m totally fine with that. I avoid the main roads and just soak in the peaceful, scenic countryside instead.

I have had three little Honda's 2 of them ss50 brilliant I am now 72 with BMW r1150 faster brakes better if I had a little honda I would go to shops on it BMW to heavy to get out of shed have to go by bus instead I suppose I could get a honda as well

Last sunday i got my first 'bike' an Italika D125, these are my first days using it around the block and i have a bit of fear of bumping into a car, hit a person or any kind of accident in general but this video was calming and made me feel like i want to ride it again

I miss my little Bullit Hunt S 125. I LOVED that bike. Every now and again, I check to see if it's MOT'd in the hope that I may be able to buy it back one day. But, saying that, I've not progressed far. Only up to a 2003 Royal Enfield Bullet 500

I have a KTM300 EXC, Triumph Speed Triple 1050 and a 33 year old, rebuilt to better than new Honda MT50, the 'ped is the most fun! Having said that I've done a load of work on the engine including fitting a 6 speed gear cluster into it, it does a solid 55 MPH on the flat, it's a hoot!

XL125R here. Need 6 gears to get to 95 kph. It feels like I’m always racing, but actually it’s all within the legal speed limits. I have heavier bikes too, but enjoy driving the 125 the most. Where I live its easy to avoid highways.

I started riding in 1958 with a Cushman 3-horse scooter, possibly the slowest, most dangerous vehicle ever licensed to the street. I put thousands of miles on it and thought it was fun. More recently, I downsized from the liter bikes I have owned and loved through the years for a Yamaha XSR-700 because I thought it might time to slow down into a lighter weight class. Then a few months ago I borrowed a Super Cub from a relative and took it for a longish ride to see if I might be happy with a really small bike. I found it to be very unsettling to hold the throttle open and find that nothing seemed to happen at all. How in the world could I clear an intersection or otherwise move out of traffic's way if I was stuck in molasses? There is safety in mobility, and those toys have none. Different strokes for different folks, I guess.

I live in Ecuador. You must be getting all our rain. It's so dry the hydroelectric dams can't produce enough electricity for the country.

Good chat. The openness and honesty about your mood is a good thing and I'm sure helpful to lots of your viewers. I know I need to remember that getting out is a good idea and drinking (alcohol) definitely needs thoughtful moderation to not be a negative influence. I have a Speedmaster, which I love, but I'm sorely tempted to get a Bullet just to make my riding even more relaxing and easy. Cheers.

I think that's one of the main reasons to ride a bike. Clearing the head. Works every time. Cheers.

I love riding small singles. Early morning in the sun down the lanes - great... I see too many bikers doing high speed, ending up as dog meat in the road when some prat has pulled out on them at a T junction.

I had a nice little 2 stroke Kymco 50cc. That was the most fun I’ve ever had. I gave it away to a neighbours 17yr old and he wrapped it around a lamppost within a few days. I could’ve cried.

A grand wee video, which reminds us all to make the most of what we have and getting out there when opportunities arise. I was forced thirty years ago to tea total on medical ground and I think my health has been much better for it. I love scooters and mopeds, the smalest ones, like 50cc. They are just fun to ride around the city. I don't think I will ever need anything bigger. If I travel, I would still prefer to do it with a car I guess.

I've had a YSR50, XR100, KLX250s, CBR500R, VTX1300, VFR800, and now an MT09/FZ09. The YSR50 was the most fun

i just dont like anything bigger than a 500cc, 250 is probably my favourite size, i like thin tyres, fitting through gaps. i used to like sporty bikes now just what the courrier uses. certainly more fun with friends but i wouldnt get up to those antics today. Chasing those extra km'h is certainly fun

I`m from SA and one of my dreams is to take my little 250 on a tour around South Africa. From Gauteng, down to KZN along the coast all the way to Cape Town and back up through Kimberley and home. Maybe one day, Ill keep on dreaming. 🤔 Nice video and very true words spoken.

Literally took one [Honda Cub cm90] around Ireland circa 1976... great little bike.

Winter is always a bad time for me too and it is so important to take any opportunity to get out in the daylight whenever possible, whether riding or just walking.

My first motorcycle was a 1600cc Yamaha Roadstar. One day a friend bought a 600cc Honda and let me ride it. I was amazed; It was MORE fun to ride than my “monster cruiser”!

I remember I only had my 2017 Honda Click from my parent and drove it for 100KM. It's an experience that I couldn't forget, and it makes me cry remembering my reasoning I did it. I'm currently 18 years old by the time I'm writing this comment.

This brought back memories, trying to get 50p or a quid for petrol, for taking our old bikes 'down the fields' loved my old C70 & C90 when I was younger... on the fields AND on the roads... 👏👍👌🤘✌🖖🤙🍻

I have the Yamaha equiv to your bike.. a Yamaha V90 and agree, never had so much fun when it was on the road. Hoping to be back enjoying new trips in the next year. Enjoyed the vid👍

Got too weak to ride anything earlier this year, spent 2 weeks in the Maelor with Myostis, an auto immune muscle wasting thing. Couldn't even get on the Harley or the Super Meteor so added a new Piaggio Medley 125S to the fleet in early June. This worked a treat to get me out on two wheels and has helped massively with recovering some strength. I also swapped the Super Meteor for a new Bullet 350 (A Classic in different clothes) and have been getting out and about on that.

It's been a glorious autumn afternoon here in Somerset and I have done exactly what you've done, about a 40 miles round trip along the South coast of Devon and Dorset on my red/chrome Classic 350, ending up for a drink at West Bay and a chat with some fellow bikers. Made me feel great.

Was at rhug estate today on the himalayan 411 after a run out from ruthin to barmouth. 100% agree, biking is the best drug going. Even when i caught the rain i loved it. Love that classic 350 in black, does it feel comparable to the himmy 411 in power / speed?
