Location is best and i visited t homes and its looking good project and quality, so we think this is nice project and we think to visit.

I have not seen the multiplex floor but I have read it multiple times that Inox multiplex is there. There are multiple videos on UA-cam since May 24 that phase 2 is ready so multiplex should also open soon.

Don't invest in this project. Its RERA registration has been expired. Ideally builder can't sell and promote the project. So, agents are doing this. This project is under construction since 2016. This builder does not complete a single project in Noida extn. Court case is going on this project.

Please don't buy Any house in Prateek Grand City, Main tu fas gaya hoon, aap mat fasna, Main 2017 se fasa hoon abhi possession mila hai but Abhi tak proper work and maintenance nahi hai, koi nai sunta, is ka builder be jhutha and fraud hai, is video main madam jo bata rahi hai, paise khakar tarrif kar rahi hi. Koi or builder dhoondh lena, Main tu barbad ho gaya hoon.
