    Basically B2C would require Person Accounts while B2B would require traditional Accounts/Contacts.

    Lead means potential customer they interested with our product After lead converted with qualified and non qualified these two categories.. Opportunity means deal - It includes stages if all done Then final closed won / lost.

    If we do not find duplicates under related, but we do have two accounts created for the same person, then what to do?

    Can you use this to assign 2 objects to the same person round robin? For example, I currently have a flow that uses this to assign an opp that is created in the flow via round robin but then I have a task created in that flow related to the opportunity but would like the task to be assigned to the same person the opportunity was assigned to through the round robin assigner.

    Hello, quick question. Not sure if this App will work for what we want to use it for. We currently use Omni-Routing for cases in certain regions (we are global but not all regions use it and not all teams/queues use Omni in the regions that do). Right now Omni will route the New cases, and take those into consideration as it relates to their capacity, however we get Re-Opened cases going to agents (agent puts case in Solved Status, it stays there for 72 hours and them moves to Closed. If a customer replies during that 72 hours, it moves to Re-Opened with the same Case Owner) and those are not counted toward capacity. So an agent could have 8 Re-Opened and it will still send them new cases. We would like the Re-Opened ones to just get routed to the next available agent along with the New Cases. To complicate, as I stated, we cannot just put all agents in one group because different agents work in different queues. We would need multiple groups that ONLY cater to specific Queues.

    Thanks for the insightful explanation! We're currently using FSC and I have a query about streamlining our sales process. Our goal is to reserve the PERSON ACCOUNT object exclusively for fully verified customers. We aim to utilize LEAD and OPPORTUNITY during the sales process, but it seems that an Opportunity needs a pre-existing PERSON_ACCOUNT record. Is there a standard or recommended approach to ensure PERSON ACCOUNT (Contact and Account) is created only after the complete onboarding process, including external deduplication? We'd like to efficiently manage Leads and Opportunities without compromising data quality. Any thoughts or suggestions on this?

    Hello, this was a really helpful video, thank you! I have ran into a problem with my flow that I can't see to figure out. As soon as it gets to the apex action element to assign the record I get this error message: The "Reassign_To_VP" element in your flow has validation errors. What i'm trying to do is a round robin re-assignment compared to just assigning the record. Is this error something you might be familiar with or be able to assist? TIA

    Quick Question I have all of this set up. But how does the Sales person know once a lead is assigned to him/her. Is there some kind of alert? or notification bell? I see you have assigned over 100 new leads to people in the round robin, but how does that sales person know they have been just assigned?

      This is where you would create a email alert on your own when the Owner ISCHANGED or ISNEW.
