Hi, thanks for the question. You should get a decent free Legendary just from log-ins: Viking Princess. She is average, slow to attack, but deals some true damage with her skill. Now lets talk about best Legendary S tier champions: Banshee (gets instant debuff to enemy squad) and Skeletal Monarch (resurrection is OP in Arena fights). Best A tier champions: Skeletall Summoner, Assassin (best purple hero if you ask me, get Preparation passive skill on it for instant teleport damage). Paladin is good B tier tank for slowly building shields on teammates.

Hi, I would say there is a healthy balance between story and combat. At some point I had to grind some battles and level up the heroes to progress in main storyline.

I hope you will be able to activate some of them :)

It is pretty much impossible to get mythical hero from summons. Best way to get them is by fusing x5 Legendary heroes.

It is if you are any of these: 1. NCSOFT fan 2. Have a decent PC to run it 3. Love big PVP battles and castle sieges.

I mean, AFAIK the game will be free to play, this pre-purchases are only cosmetics and early start days, you can just ignore them if you like.

@@bukamanful I am not sure about fps, but it was running very smooth - no stuttering or lagging, no crashes. Game feels very well optimised. I can only compare it with Witcher 3 in terms of optimisation and technical polish.

Well its either clicking or auto combat these days :) chose wisely as they say lol

The game is good, well-polished and as you have mentioned graphics are good. You can also capture territories for your guild on the map so expect to see massive pvp battles in the future. It also has challenging dungeons, crafting, so it kinda ticks all the boxes.

@@AlexIonut-n8k During the beta weekend servers were flooded. On the first day there was even a waiting queue, people wanted to try the game so bad. Open beta lasted for 5 days, not sure if there will be another one before the lauch.

Never played Archeage so I can not compare the controls. I love the graphics of the game tho, looks stunning. Also I like the fact you can easily combine melee and ranged weapons.

You ca still play it in private servers. But yes, nostalgia is strong with this one :) It is a shame NCsoft closed western Lineage 1 servers.

@@Marvytis I have been trying in the L1 you mentioned however my anti virus is taking the launcher and try as I may the troubleshooting isn't working. Also, my phone number got messed up in discord so I cannot join a new server :D. I just want to level up a knight and elf like the old days

@@Marvytis yup, my other issue haha. I’m in support ticket mode because discord system messed up the phone number and attached mine to disabled account. So I can’t get into a new server without the phone number on my normal account. Basically stuck for now

You can do 30 daily quests in order to get EXP, gold and most important - Contribution Coins. I would say it takes around 3 hours. Plus there is one "Gold" dungeon and one "Exp" dungeon, one hour each. Plus there is weekly dungeon where u r getting 10 hours. That is open pvp area, so u can not go afk while hunting. Welcome to the grind :)

I hear you mate, things are changing, even Lineage 2 has incorporated auto attack now, and yes, I have played the manual version of it in early 2000's. I think game developers realised how big of a problem bots are and introduced auto combat to their games. Plus first generation of MMORPG players are in its early 40's or so (including me). We do not have time for all that manual daily grind. However these games have plenty of PVP and diplomacy - do not be tricked by the cover. Also every active guild has its own Discord channel with lively community. But yes, these games are very different from real time action games Like Dark Souls, I will give you that.

I wish I could help, but it looks like you are a way ahead of me, I am at 2-2, but I will try to catch up with you. By the sounds of it you need more dps. Monarchs dont do much dps, but they have delayed revive. Control your active skills manually, have a good balance between dps and survivability, experiment with gods and you should be fine.

indeed I am free to play. I cant believe during the launch i was considering buying Divine Priest for 50 USD and Assassin for 20 USD :) Game developers were advertising full Human faction setup. It took me 300 days to get all of this.

Sorry to hear that you have stopped playing. By the way developers steer this ship, I think we will see more upgrades/level caps for the gods and heroes. Lets not forget that this is Korean company and they know everything about grind and continuous progress. Ultra rare heroes and equipment might be in their plans, but for now they will probably keep on adding Legendary/Mythical heroes as certain factions lack certain classes.
