'Burned' fish?, hey! I'm a Malay, and we have good taste too, not burned or burnt food for health reason and nutritional aspect too, otherwise, might as well go for carbon powder, at least it could reduce toxics in my digestive tract. Should b 'grilled' or ' barbecued' fish!
