THE FIRST MITSUBISHI NEXIEZ-MRL Version2 FOUND IN THE PHILIPPINES!! @ Greenbelt 5, Makati
This is a BRAND NEW MITSUBISHI NEXIEZ-MRL Version2. This is the FIRST ever NEXIEZ-MRL Version2 FOUND IN THE PHILIPPINES! It has a slightly different layout. Unlike older Mitsubishi NEXIEZ-MRL, the "MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC" logo is now above the floor indicator. The capacity is also different.
This elevator replaced a 2000s OTIS Gen2 Premier. At least it's replaced with a good brand. According to the sticker I have found in the shaft of the scenic elevator, this elevator was distributed by IEE (International Elevator & Equipment Inc.) just like most Mitsubishi elevators in the Philippines. Very odd that IEE still hasn't included NEXIEZ-MRL Version2 in their website.

It's obviously a replacement, NOT a modernization! Mitsubishi only modernizes their own elevators! I clearly said in my description that it is a replacement.
Besides, NEXIEZ-MRL Version2 is obviously not the modernization model used by Mitsubishi. The model for modernization is ELEMOTION and it is only exclusive to older Mitsubishi elevators. It cannot be applied to other brands.

Very rare, US Dover styled fixtures
My old condo building in Tagaytay Highlands has an Edunburgh elevator and i can say it actually sucks the chime sucks the motor is interestingly quiet and it is incredibly slow for a 14 storey building

This elevator could be a TCLM, not MP-VF. TCLMs generally use these "Series-1"-style fixtures.

cctv is very common in elevator so be careful there there is a chance you will get your phone confiscated by security guards
