Dr. Park, you've spoken about the links between addiction and sleep quality and many other goal oriented solutions before. Do you suppose there is a "complexity bias" a logical fallacy that costly and extreme problems must always require costly solutions? I might assume incorrectly that because drug addiction is extremely costly it requires extreme force to correct when a gentle holistic solution is ideal

    • @drpark65

In an 8oz cup of room temp water, I would guess <1 minute for the 1ml vial and 3-4 minutes with the 5ml vial. A little more if they were stored in a on dry ice or a professional freezer (around -109 Farenheit or -80ish Celsius)

@@drpark65 Thank you. I have noticed (rarely) from MSC exosomes a side effect of shingles. I paste here what I know, if you want to add anything to this : Bioactivation of the immune system (as opposed to biosurveillance), over reliance from immune control could cause mild shingles. Shingles (herpes zoster) is a viral infection that causes a rash on the skin. It's caused by the varicella-zoster virus, which is the same virus that causes chickenpox. Symptoms like: a headache. burning, tingling, numbness or itchiness of the skin in the affected area. Shingles occurs when the virus becomes active again usually many years later. The virus may be reactivated by stress, illness, immunosuppression, older age, trauma and radiotherapy. Chronic heavy alcohol drinking is associated with a decreased frequency of lymphocytes and increased risk of both bacterial and viral infections.

I cant wait to read your book. My 18 year old daughter has had 3 treatments in the past year of umbilical cord stem cells and exosomes for severe crohns desease and healing. She has suffered since her diagnosis at age 10. For 8 long years weve tried every possible traditional medical treatment with horrible results. Jumping from biologic failure to biological failure, high dose steroids, ng tubes, tpn and eventually icu with seizures. Finally a year ago we found stem cells and exosomes and things are changing. She had all normal labs after the first treatment. No anemia for the first time in 8 years. She is able to walk now after 3 treatments, no more wheel chair. I wish all dr were as brave, smart and caring as drs like you!!!

Extremely limited income, saving every dollar and will be able to proceed in 4 months!? Have been studying All Ur lectures, on the Big Island and avoiding replacement, steroids and other negative false hopes. I remain active, suffering daily and have Absolute trust in U and exosome biology, having experienced P. R. antibiotics work biochemically, it isn't faith that activates the antibiotic, faith is important, and the placebo effect is seemingly real statistically, but faith and placebo effect are not long term or in the 80% effective area. Exosomes are effective as it is proven in the results that clinical trials indicate as well as known biochemical pathways of biomechanisms.
