Well, the mayor along with ex Governor betrayed the police when BLM was marching the streets and vandalizing the tax paying home owners buildings and taking down the statues the only tourist attraction the city had due to the famous "its a life safety concern" claim. So the police did a massive quit and the ones left can't come close to handling the overflow of crime. Your traffic issue is non existent, only if death occured you may get someone in a reasonable time or drunk driver. You can thank the cities state of stupidity on democrat liberalism idealism by mayor and governor and local government in whole. Its is barely as good as port o potty in a 3rd world country.
