ATTENTION. The trophy description says “without dying, reloading or restarting”. I failed the last mission 1 intel before getting the trophy. I died, respawned and then just backed out to the main menu. I mission selected the last mission and did everything correct and thoroughly. The trophies and platinum popped, so don’t think you have to play the whole game over.
