This is the worst condo I've ever seen. Just plain stupid. This ain't Japanese style, it's at best F Grade condo development. At 452,000 pesos per sq meter this unit is a total joke. Who on earth approved this design? This building does not belong in BGC, it should be in Payatas or some low income area.

Why is the sale price of condos in Manila so detached from the rental price? Your mortgage would be much, much higher that what you could rent it for - and then what’s the resale value if they just keep building more and more units. Cheaper to rent and invest your money elsewhere!

1.2 Million USD for a 1500 SQ apartment? I understand it is Grand Hyatt, but it's in Manila Philippines not Beverly Hills CA... Buyers like me that actually have 1 million to spend are not buying at these prices. I could rent an apartment in the grand Hyatt with maid service just of the interest on 1 million USD and not have to pay taxes, condo fees or upkeep. It is a total bad investment at even 1 million dollars.
