GUYS I KNOW NOW ! so i have the same problem i recently moved to another place and i played for a few days and it suddenly got me banned . I submited 3 tickets and no solution they gave worked and i even reset my pc ! so i download proton vpn (a free vpn) changed to another ip and it worked .It turns out i'am ip banned (i think ? idk) but this type of error only occurs if ure banned so check with riot support if ure also like me
