NEW! ARB Classic Fridge Freezer Series II
Great explanation thank you.
Thx you
Best detailed explanation.I have a reading low side 35 an high side 35to40 thinking bad compressor.
Excellent, detailed explanation of the various symptoms of malfunctioning A/C systems. This has convinced me to replace the expansion valve on my '11 Aveo POS that has a high reading on the low side and a low reqaaing on the high side and varying temps of cool through the registers . Thank you.
Excellent
Very educational thank you very much!!!!
Great video
No info exists on the 1990 bronco or f150's
So great video full of usefull informations, but unfortunately basically no views. What a pity. Seems like to have huge audiency, its not required to give so much informations.
Finally a video that addresses a fluttering needle. Thank you for the detailed video
Amazing video What would cause an ac system to warm up while driving, but get cold at idle?
Is the thermistor has two wires you might be able to bypass them. They are trickier then regular pressure switches
proper charge all new components,hi side won't go over 100psi compressor cycles quickly between 21psi and 41psi
ON A 2017 RAM 3.6LT WITH VARIABLE VALVE COMPRESSOR CAN ONE ACCES THE OIL TO VERIFY HOW MUCH IS IN THE COMPRESSOR AS THE CLUTCH HUB HAD FAILED ON THE OLD ONE AND WE ARE REPLACING THE COMPRESSOR, APPEARS TO NOT HAVE A DRAIN PLUG ON A 7SBH17C? PULL THE VARIABLE VALVE OUT OF THE BODY?
Best Big Truck A/C information I have ever seen!!!!WoW
By far The best A/C instruction I have ever come across.
This video needs more views! Excellent training
What is the torke spec
Very valuable information thanks
19 thousand views, almost 300 likes!!! A few ppl need to off there self...
I highly recommend if you are spec'ing out a truck you buy it with WABCO/Meritor brakes. Bendix totally sucks. You can't even check the outer pad thickness with this tool. Changing Bendix pads sucks also with their fragile chain system instead of gears, like Wabco. Wabco also has an external indicator so you don't need a tool.
You show the heat transfer going from the engine side of the condenser and out the front of the condenser against the wind.. I thought the air flow came through the condenser coil with the assistance of the fan pulling it through. The air flow should be pulling in from the front of the truck which helps with the transfer of heat when the truck is traveling forward. Am I wrong, or was this just more detail???
Nice product explanation, exactly wat I was looking for before purchase, I only wish the flash patterns were shown for a little longer for each and in a simulated orientation.
If the pressure 35 low side and high side 300 psi it is normal while on high RPM
Torque specs do not populate themselves a stated in your video.
Explaining it clear and concise . When a blue butt connector is used , is it that critical of a voltage drop ? Please explain thermistors , are they able to be easily bypassed ?
As a/c refrigerant passes through an expansion tube or valve it changes liquid to gas as the instructor states . Very well done instructor explanation !
just found these videos first class.learned a lot.
Just a quick question, how is it that when the refrigerant goes through the expansion valve does it drop in temperature. What causes it to drop in temperature?
The rapid change of pressure
Yeah your right high temperature liquid drop to low temperature vapor when it pass to evaporator coil and back to compressor.
Thanks for the ac videos any links for the tools used
Steer Hub - Torque the spindle nut to 300 ft-lbs. while rotating the hub. DO NOT BACK OFF THE SPINDLE NUT. b. Drive or Trailer hub - Torque the spindle nut to 500 ft-lbs.
I’m trying to figure out how to torque it to 500 I’m barely at 300 and that but doesn’t want to turn
After the initial tightening of the chamber’s clamp with a hammer tap around the clamp , retighten . 120/23
Bendix should manufacture slack adjuster clevis pins with hex formed pin heads . This would be to make sure that the pin is free and easy to turn and lubricate . Place a microphone in the audience . 119/23
Trying to do this with a 30/30 brake can, any difference?
3 years and 13 likes, this guy has a big dip in, why is this even posted?
👍👍🎯
Good wark 👍
Just had a co. That came apart . They just rolled away as the driver was driving. Dident even hurt the axle.
Good 👍
I was looking fkr the same on my phone and can't find anything anywhere just the just part i was able to find.. no torque spec was there.
This sound like a 2 person job right? How would I apply brake and take vice grips off?
Do you have shop air and a blow gun with rubber tip? It doesn't take but a few psi to extend the pushrod. In fact, if you put the new chamber in a vise you can pull it out with your bare hands and clamp it off. It must only be about a 30 pound spring in there.
You need to work on better audio settings for this video
It never just takes a few minutes
If I ever find who designed this tool they are getting slapped with a chair.
Does this only work for bendix disc brakes? Wheels on?
Great job Kevin, It's always good to refresh the memory.
Thanks ! You save my life!
All lies... when this company is going to recall this drums. They Keeps over grooving and broken in more than 2 parts.
Hi. What about disc brake chamber??
Between 500 and 600 ft lbs is the torq and good luck getting the nut off first
That explains why it's not coming off haha. First time seeing these in the fleet and was scratching my head. Normally wheel ends are like 50ft to remove the jam nut
Very good 👍
i took mine off with a milwaukee 1/2" impact lol
@@Sloppyjoe96 i def can find ya a lug nut in a big rig it will not remove
@@mikewilson3836 yeah it doesn't do them very well hard on it. i mainly use it for large bolts and stuff i got a 1" air for lug nuts and stuff but sometimes i get bored and try it on stuff and it took off wheel bearing nut.. it definitely struggled lol
got a gorrila for sale?
most places have a/c machines now, and techs get weird looks for pulling oldschool guages out haha. they have their uses though!
