If all the rooms is open then all the things in a hall will be messed up and it always look messy.. Because all the people in a family cannot be deciplined A perfect builder should give c shape size for sofa and with correct distance and space for t.v unit. Bathroom should be one side bathtub and other side closet. U shaped kitchen slab with two full shelf. One work area. Washing machine, dishwasher space, oven space, fridge space should be planned. A bedroom should have space for 6/6 bed and the ac provision should be on opposite side. Cupboards and dressing area should be planned. But a builder is not considering these many provisions for a house. Their key midset is cost cutting and finish a house within budget to satisfy his customer. And for gents, they are not going to stay in home. And house is just a kadamai. So if it is within budget they are happy. But you people don't understand that these requirements can be solved only as a one time investment...😢😢😢 Shoe chappl space should be planned.
