Stay on a keto diet for life and you don't need surgery. I lost 75 pounds in 5 months. No sugar no carbs. If you do eat carbs there's carb smart tortillas and keto bread and buns. My Dr said I should write a book last month. I had full blown diabetes to zero signs of diabetes in 5 month's. And there's carb smart sweets and ice cream. Eat in combinations of three. Good fat, fiber and protein. The weight fell off by itself.
