We've just bought 15 acres of beautiful Gower woodland and meadows in the heart of nature and we are creating an ADHD retreat. You can follow our journey from buyng the land, creating the space to actually launching it , with plenty of fun and learning along the way. Our vision is to create a safe space to relax, be yourself, be understood and experience the most evidence-based ways of optimising your unique brain. Whether you'd like to learn more about your ADHD, try out ADHD coaching, discover the benefits of hot/cold therapy or just press pause on real life for a while, follow our journey and then come and escape with us!
