We're the Sataneks. My name is Arlyn, and my wife's name is Maggie. Join us in our farming and homesteading journey, as we transition from city life to country life. This channel will consist largely of DIY videos, as well as cost-cutting methods for a self-sustaining off-the-grid lifestyle.
Campfire Love
I let AI write a Country love song for my wife. This is what it came up with:
[Verse]
I met you, Maggie, by that old campfire,
Both our hearts worn from love gone awry,
Nervous at first, but we couldn't retire,
Underneath the stars, we gave it a try.
[Verse 2]
Your laughter caught the embers' glow,
Shared stories ‘bout our past, letting it flow,
Five years on, through rain and snow,
Hand in hand, we've watched our love grow.
[Chorus]
From the ashes of worlds that fell apart,
You lit a fire deep in my heart,
Through work, love, and camping nights,
Maggie, darling, you’re my guiding light.
[Verse 3]
Days turned to weeks, then years flew by,
In each other's arms, we found our sky,
Built a life from those campfire dreams,
Living as one, following those moonbeams.
[Bridge]
No more looking back, just us ahead,
Underneath pine trees, where vows were read,
In this wilderness, love’s what we’ve found,
Rooted in the stars and on solid ground.
[Chorus]
From the ashes of worlds that fell apart,
You lit a fire deep in my heart,
Through work, love, and camping nights,
Maggie, darling, you’re my guiding light.

Reviewing my Moto-Pro X-Pro 200 ATV. But these ATVs go by many names. Moto Pro X-Pro, Tao Tao Bull & Rhino, Moto Tec Bull, Mountopz, Coolster, etc. I purchased mine from Amazon, using Affirm. The confirmation email said that I'd receive it within 2 weeks, but it arrived 1 week after purchase. I think im going to try 1 or 2 of the 200's. Thanks to Bidenomics i cannot afford name brand. Take care of it and it will last. Amsoil will be used for sure. After brake in. Thanks for video.
I hear ya! I think you'll be happy. It's been a year now since I've bought this one and haven't had a single trouble with it. I'm still as happy with the purchase as the day I got it! Hope yours goes as well.
@@satanekfarm thank you
What kind of setup did you get to tow stuff because I was holding off to get one until I knew for sure I could put something on it too tow stuff with
On mine, the brake disc is located in a spot that won't let me bolt on the tow plate that is supposed to fit it. So, if you get the same set up, you'll probably need to weld a custom config. There's room for it, there's just nothing you can purchase to make it work. You have to mod your own.
WHEN IN THE DRIVE GEAR MODE,DOES IT GO THROUGH GEAR CHANGE? 1ST,2ND,3RD,4TH GEAR CHANGE. AUTOMATIC GEAR CHANGE,OR JUST 1ST GEAR? I DIDN'T HEAR IT CHANGING GEAR'S WHILE YOU WERE RIDING IT.
It's a centrifigul clutch, so there's no automatic gear changing. The slower the rev, the slower you go. The faster the rev, the faster you go.

Any update?
I'll probably do a quick video update soon, but it has just gone 9 months without failing once. It has been rock solid for me. The only few times it has failed me is when it was iced over. And that could be prevented with a little overhang above it to shield it from freezing rain.
Also, I did do a 3 month review. You can see it here: ua-cam.com/video/-mzL9eskhQg/v-deo.html
Do yourself a favor and try to find a barrel that has the retainer ring with the removable top. It just makes it much easier to remove the ashes by removing the whole front of the stove instead of scooping them out of the door. And they are also twice as thick so they will last twice as long as those thin oil barrels everyone uses.
That is a really good idea.
I bought. A linhai massimo. M150. Its a polaris ace sxs motor. Built like a tank. They hard to come by. But the quality. Is. Way better than yer average. When i say way overbuilt. They are. Had mine fer 4 years now. Zero issues.
Maintenance. And she run ferever. Just keep an eye on the chain.
Thanks for the comments! Yeah, I have heard that suggested, to keep an eye on the chain. Will do. And so far, I've had no issues whatsoever.
Cant go wrong with a gy6 engine. Pretty bulletproof
Funny, the Amazon listing has "uoxlife" but I saw you hold up the package with "UXOLIFE" on it. Anyway, I have this door too, and lately it blinks red and doesn't open and close, despite changing the batteries and turning it on and off a few times. I lost the manual. Does it say anything about "resetting" it? Thanks for the comment explaining the buttons.
I bought the same one from Amazon, hasn't let me down yet. Great value and solid purchase like you say.
Thanks for dropping a comment! It's good to have consensus on products. One good review means 1 product was good. Consensus means the company's quality control is good.
No longer available but i found a similar one the other day for less than $50. Thanks for the review.
Whoa, you're right! Not available from Amazon any longer. That's a major bummer. I see that Walmart sells them, but they are going for $129.99 now. I think for that price, it would be best to buy the Run Chicken product. You're welcome for the review, and thanks for giving me this update. Good luck with your new chicken door. Hope it works out for you.
there is three buttons on mine K1, K2, K3 can you tell me what they do?
Hey James! Yeah, no problem. The door comes already set to open and close using the light sensor. The K1 button is for manually opening and closing. If the door is open and you hit K1, it'll close. If it's closed and you hit K1, it'll open. The K2 and K3 buttons are for setting the door to open on a timer. With the door closed, you press and hold the K2 button for 3 seconds. That will open the door and set the timer to open at that same time every day. If the door is open, you press and hold the K3 button for 3 seconds. That will close the door and set the timer to close at that same time every day. Using K2 and K3 to set the door to a timer would be a handy function if the light sensor wasn't so dependable. But the light sensor does really great. The down side to using the timer is that it would be an ongoing ordeal to keep resetting the timer as sunrise and sunset change so constantly. Just my 2 cents. Hope the Uxolife door works as great for you as mine does for me. Thanks!
@@satanekfarm glad I found your reply here on the buttons. I have mine ordered and on its way and I'm excited to have found your positive review. We have only started up our farmstead with 5 chickens (2 roosters and 3 hens) but want to integrate time saving technology wherever possible. This automatic door being one! I initially was going to order the cheapy plastic ones of the same design but had second thoughts and paid double for this as they are aluminum. I'm sure they are much better. My family will be leaving town for a few days and I've been worried sick about what I was going to do about the chickens. I hope this will function and do it's job. Also have automatic watering cups and no-waste feeder cut-outs on their way as well. We've been manually opening and closing and feeding our chickens daily. Sometimes it isn't till about 9am that we are able to open the coop lol. So hopefully this we'll save us a lot of time and labor. Again, thanks for the review. I'm excited for my door to arrive. Take care and Godbless.
@@redsunsmr284 : Thanks for the comment. So glad this helped. I think this product will do everything you're hoping for. You were right about the plastic ones. They are almost impossible to get to work. You saved yourself frustration by buying this one. I can't remember the last time ours didn't do exactly what it was supposed to. It was a long time ago... in the deep freeze of winter. I have a feeling my 1 year review is going to be even more glowing. As you mentioned, one of the main reasons we bought ours was to help when we go on vacations. We like to take lots of mini vacations. And in the past, we've had to rely on family dropping by twice a day to manage the chickens. This solved that problem for us. I load them up on food and water before we leave, and the door does the rest. Sometimes we ask my daughter to collect eggs daily. But, if our trip is only a few days, we just let the eggs collect until we get home. Buying this door was one of the better decisions we've made for our little farm. I'm guessing you'll end up feeling the same way. Enjoy the door, and keep me posted!
You're lucky to have some family close by to help you. We don't have any. But I feel reassured with your review and experience that this purchase will help us do the job. Thank you! I'm also curious about winter. I'm in Canada so we get really harsh winters with temps diving down to -25C. I'm not holding my breath for the door to operate without faults. Like you said, in those conditions, even our car doors and windows get stuck! But I'm also planning to build kind of a mini awning over the door to keep rain and snow off of it as much as possible and put the door on timer. I guess everything is trial and error at this early stage of the game. I'm just happy to have a farmstead going on a few acres. Will keep you updated.
@@redsunsmr284 I can't believe I have never thought of the awning idea. That's brilliant! And I really do think that's going to work. If you keep moisture off of it, you should be just fine. I might have to do the same before next winter. It might be a good idea to use rechargeable AA batteries. That way, you can replace them more often (every month or two) at no cost, in order to compensate for the additional battery drain of super low temps.
Awesome video..! I just bought one too.. can’t wait to get it
Yay! Congrats. I think you're gonna love it. Hope all goes well for you. Keep me posted!
Well, should I buy this one or not?
I'm going to do an updated review on this very soon. I wanted to give it some time before I reviewed it. But, to cut to the chase, if this one fails on me, I WILL be buying another one. It has worked very well for us. Solid construction and dependable operation. There have been a handful of mornings where the door did not open because of ice and cold. And honestly, that worked out perfectly for us, because the temperatures were in the teens. And I usually don't let the chickens out when the temps are that low. I think this is a great purchase, and it has made our lives a whole lot easier. If you do purchase one, I hope it works out just as well for you. And feel free to let me know. I'd love to hear your experiences with this product as well.
@Satanek Farm thanks brother
