600 was keeping up though. A 10k bike too.

@@anthonyduran7525 It will keep up for a bit, but 600's don't have the top end speed. They are light and agile and quick up to 130 or so, and then they start struggling as they get closer to 150. It's unusual for a 600 to break a legit GPS verified 160mph... Ignore what the speedo says, its 5-8% high... 165 on the speedo is more like 152 actual... My 2022 R1 read 6% high from the factory. Other bikes are even more inaccurate. I ran my C8 against a 600 a few weeks ago... From 80mph to 140mph I was right there with him... by 150mph I was starting to pass and then gap him... And it wasn't "rider skill". That comes into play in the turns... in a straight line on the highway, there is no skill in twisting the throttle and tucking in. haha 600s are quick, but they are not FAST, at least not in a straight line. If you want to really play with supercars today, you need a literbike. Bikes got a little faster in the past 20 years, while cars got a LOT faster. A 600 today barely makes more power than they did in 2005. But cars have doubled in power since then, literally. Cars have closed the gap in a lot of ways... The days of a 600 automatically beating any car on the road, are long gone... I eat 600's off the line from 0-60 all the time. The magazine might say they can do it in 2.9 seconds, but the average rider is lucky if they can do it closer to 4s...

@@StreetPiratesTV I had a Moore Mafia tuned 2020 636, and 34 other bikes... Everything from Triumphs, to Aprilia, Ducati, Panigale, R1, ZX14R, etc... Name it, and I have probably owned it and tracked it. The 636 is gearing limited to like 157mph. The speedo might say 165, but its wrong, they all are. My 2022 R1 read 6% high from the factory. My car does 194mph, for comparison...

@@StreetPiratesTV 165 on the dash, means closer to 156mph actual. It's math dude, its how these things work. Every 600 guy wants to brag about their number and none of them want to admit that the number isn't as high as they claim. Put your bike on the dyno, run it to 100mph on the dyno(a very accurate and calibrated sensor) and when the dyno says 100, your bike speedo will say anywhere from 105-108mph... That makes your speedo error 5-8% based on whatever the number was. If its off 6% like my 2022 R1 was, then take your 165 speedo reading and multiply that by .94 and the actual speed is 155mph. It's science, argue all you want, but it is what it is... ALL bikes read high from the factory, and its a percentage, so the faster you go, the more its off.
