If you like him in split, then you'll love him here.! He doesn't appear villainous in the surface, however he does oozes with Charisma and Alpha male Vybz but as the movie progresses you can tell something soft just bass on his mannerisms😮

I don't think the movie had any gay people in it 🤔🤔 I certainly don't have a problem with them I live in Chicago so I have co-workers and friends that are gay they're cool but I don't think the movie had any of them in it

Unfortunately no :/ although they still do travel to Vegas but it's out of love and fun/ stuff but not because of the fire, you would only know that if you read the book they don't mention it at all maybe they have a a few lines of it but since it's been months I will need to revisit the movie again but from what I remember they don't talk about it 😐

"Rode wireless me " I bought it at Best Buy and it sounds amazing when I use it on a phone video, but I link it up to a camera for UA-cam I just expected more so I'm still tinkering with the settings of the camera and my video editing software to make it sound the best it could

For real!!?? 🤔 no wonder she was promoting the movie like it was a romantic comedy and if that would have been the case it would have probably pissed off a lot more people than intended since the source material deals with DV. It would not have been faithful adaptation from book. Maybe thars why the 1st 2 instances felt glazed over 😐

@@ItsJustJess269 I feel sorry for the main actor of the film Justin Baldoni who is the director of the film and holds the rights to adapt the book to the cinema. She acts he doesn't exist in a very disrespectfully and unprofessional way. He shows the reality of the film and speaks out against domestic violence very accurately. Very disrespectful for this actress who wanted to take over his film he has been working for years. He talks about domestic violence, she's more about selling the film like Barbie with flowers and selling the beverage products and hair products along with the film's premiere. And the book writer selling nail polish and coloring books. He is a class act, mature with high emotional inteligence. His interviews of the film are the best.

@@ItsJustJess269 What she did to Justin Baldoni backfired on her. Even the movie poster she produced ( her face and flowers), there isn't his name on it either. Now her past is coming back. Problems with with former co-stars and a Noruegian interviewer. It is all over youtube.

Thank you for telling me all of this it means a lot. I did watch some of the controversy of the behind scenes drama between the two main leads and how they promote it on UA-cam but I appreciate you telling me in the concise comprehensive manner. Everything you're saying is true they're promoting the film in two different ways and also Blake Lively is promoting her other companies. Two very distinct people with two different interview process and what they're speaking about. No wonder we didn't see them on the red carpet taking photos together 🤔

I haven't catched up on the controversy with the backfiring but this weekend when I have some time I'll probably look into it with more details, I saw some pop up on my news feed on UA-cam but haven't had the chance to look at them but I will do so soon thank you so much

You know what you are absolutely right. Exactly as you said the movie is good as a zombie film I guess I was looking at at the lens of a Resident Evil fan who played the games, I'll definitely do a re-watch for the scary Halloween season I really appreciate opening my eyes to such things 😎👊🙏

@royalhorror Yeah that's true unlike his other movies exactly what you said lack of message, but I thought there was some psychology since he was trying to get in his head on how to escape but probably not as much maybe it had some elements but the music was definitely a standout 👊

I totally understand where you're coming from and you're right that could have been a big part in showing the audience the movie version of that conversation because now that you mentioned it I did read that towards the end about limits and getting it pushed back further. With the runtime of 2 hours and 10 minutes you could have thought that they added a few more extra minutes for that special scene and I understand now based on what you said that it could be closer with mother and daughter and breaking the cycle but unfortunately they did not have it my only hope is that when the Blu-ray / 4K edition come out we will have extended or deleted scenes. ​​@@ItsJustJess269If I had the choice, I would have rather seen the conversation between Lily and her mother over the conversation between Lily and Allysa. Both are heartfelt and definitely aid in Lily's decision. However, we already had a decent view of the dynamics between Lily and Allysa. But yes I hope there's an extended version when this comes out on streaming and Blu-ray.

Just being honest Jenny slate the actress who plays Alyssa I've seen her in a lot of more recent shows and movies so maybe that's why they went that route also maybe because of budgeting cost and time they decided to cut it out also they wanted to make it more friendship since you do see her a lot and other scenes, but they will definitely be a 4K Blu-ray Edition I just don't know if they will have the scenes but usually they do 🤔

I agree 💯 Jenny Slate did an amazing job as the character of Allysa. All in all, the cast and crew did great with the production of this movie. I'm looking forward to seeing how the next Colleen Hoover book comes to life on screen. From the research I've done, it looks like the next one is Verity. If you haven't read that book, I highly recommend it. It's a psychological thriller.

Yeah, I think based on the box office, Blake Lively might direct, but also, it made double its budget in one weekend once the movie is green lit. I'll read the book like I did with this one a month prior to its movie release👊
