E max was so essential for ranged counterpicks in top lane...this sucks so much. I think it's still going to be solid but man that nerf is spicy.

I really hope riot increases the AP ratio for nasus so those who would go wizard nasus can still play. i loved doing wizard nasus, but its literally garbage now.

which matchups is q max viable in?

I never played E max Nasus before so I don't know the exact runes and playstyle, but If you are saying with amptome you are missing 1 AP for the 57 AP threshhold to clear waves you can experiment with waterwalking rune, I know in the past Ryze could abuse this to get a "mana exploit" by going to the river part in mid lane. I dont know if this is still possible but if you can throw Nasus Es from there you get some extra AP that can help hit the threshold if it's still possible.

Does Riot actually think Nasus is picked in mid lane because of his E and not because 80% of top lane matchups are unplayable if you go Q max? Lmao

I was happy and then worried after a second it happened when I saw Susan in pro. Funny how Darius for example was buffed few patches ago - like he needed it - and no other champs get nerfed that hard or enough - hello K'Sante. It's sad to an extent that rito doesn't balance the game just sets up the meta for major event so the game looks "flashy".

I think you have to work on the point system. You were saying things like “blue has options to win here but they aren’t favoured” and given 30-70 then you would so “this is heavily favoured” and do 70-30. Same score for completely different scale of out draft.

47:06 ivern is a midlane flex, so this ivern ban makes sense, but smolder so far looks like it’s gonna murder here, I think the people are overdrafting zeri. She gets beaten by cait, draven, smolder and poke, which could also be something like Lucian milio with a poke mage. (And lethality varus, but that’s a given.) Edit: almost forgot jinx, who also beats the ever living hell out of death, by just outranging them, while scaling with them. Also Maokai Blitz is just a combo to break into these comps, without much counterplay since blitzcrank just breaks shields. I think zeri is a flex, but not that good, especially when smolder is open, because he will always match her and outscale. 48:12 this r5 should just be hwei, zilean or orianna. Olaf really needs someone to enchant him

17:17 honestly I think that sylas was picked to early here, ziggs has a fine lane and zeri could just get matched with a scaling ADCs like smolder here or some highrange bully like Caitlyn, who can either have Maokai flexed on her or look for another support. Not sure if support caitlyn is still an option, but if it is, then I think she is probably a pretty good option here. Tristana is ok, imo, but you don’t hard outrange and or giga free scale as much as you would with the other 2 picks. Edit: talking about r3 ofc

They were all AD except Ez, you should have incresed your resistance ratio more towards MR earlier in the game

Nasus was also played in CBLOL, in the fourth game between Furia and Loud, he was played by the korean zzK, in a very similar situation, could you do an analysis of that game too?

nice vid as usual. Some remarks: 1) without flash, i feel that phase rush is necessary to escape gank 2) the second pot of triple tonic provides 20 AP + 18 of dring, u can reach the E threshold if u need to. Having to buy dark seal delays first item which often results in losing lane prio 3) i also love pom+legend haste as secondary runes. Infinite mana is amazing in lane, especially vs champ without mana (e.g., garen). 33 haste from runes allows to buy items without cdr which are often the best for nasus.

I noticed that you usually make builds with very little haste, especially at the beginning, at the same time you say that it is a very important stat, which I agree with, don't you miss it in these builds? especially in the early game with the lack of the haste boot and the second item.
