Chiefs don’t need a new helmet. Our owner has no interest in an alternative helmet (s) like some of the teams currently have. The red helmet with the white arrowhead and red interlocked KC have been a staple since 1972. They have had 2 other logos- the Dallas Texans logo from when they were in Texas and the Native American in front of the central states (Missouri, Kansas. Oklahoma, Iowa, Nabraska, Arkansas) from when they first moved to KC; the logo was from 1963-1971. So basically since the 1970 merger the Chiefs have had the logo they use to today. There is history behind the logo. I think a lot of “redesigns” of Chiefs helmets are bad .

Do.Not.Touch.My.Chiefs.Helmet and Logo. I don’t need a black, white, or yellow helmet or an enlarged, different color or removed Arrowhead like I have seen in some “re-designs”. Chiefs helmet and logo are like the Packers, Vikings, 49ers and Stealers- perfect the way they are. If any team needs a new one it’s the damn Browns..
