Thanks 9 years later
I had the privilege to play against you my highschool years. We always thought you had NFL potential. Nice to see you still active in Chicago suburbs
So ur basically saying wherever the guards pulling to is where the running back is running to and should cut him off there?
Excellent LB stance. Very balanced!
When your guard pulls (Pull, pull, pull call) and you fit strong A gap. The other LB should fit the C gap on his side. If you are in an even front. Good general rules of thumb. Good video!
Only if I could of seen your videos earlier, thanks coach
D-Fu
Note to self: From the outside, we push them so that we can come out.
Nice
And if he lines up in a drop stance like that, call it BEFORE the play and make sure your opposite side LB knows.
Thank you so much this shit was confusing
I took a lot of notes this is going to help me become a great Middle Linebacker in College football.
🔥
Thank you!
Between talking to my coach and this I can catch way better than I could at the beginning of the season, the main concept that helped me is not catching the football but absorbing it.
I'm good at cathing, I do this naturally its just my qb throwing it and he says go get the ball even though its like 15 yards ahead /behind me like stfu
Good stuff. I use to have clips of a rams linebacker doing this and folding the guard. Where you guys from ?
Great walk through and demonstration Coach. Ill be playing Middle linebacker as a sophomore next year, great tips.
Sick I’m going into grade 10 and playing outside linebacker at Sam
one of the best descriptions of how to execute
Next tutorial... How to nail Pam Oliver at 35yds. Post Harnish’s dart. She hasn’t had a coherent sentence, from the sidelines since.
I’m great at catching I’m just tryna see what this side feels like, I need to get faster and run better routes
who else has supper good eye hand carnation but the ball bounces out of your hands
Alwayssss
Frrrr and I be getting nervous bc they just put me as a wr and my qb thinking he d1 and be trinna beam me head off
@@kendricksconstructionco exactly
What do I do if he’s faster than me
Stay on his hips the quarterback can’t throw him a perfect ball at full acceleration the quarterback is bound to make the wide receiver slow down at least a little
I prefer drop pop, but these step are still super valuable.
Very Good Video Chandler, Thank Yu
What if you're the OLB and lined up either on the outside shoulder of that pulling guard or directly behind your DE? How would that read progression go then?
You fold down the LOS, keep your hips square, don't turn and run, and play cutback and CBR (Counter/Boot/Reverse).
Love you bro❤️
Amari cooper need this video
And nelson agolor
With yo strawberry head lookin ahh Yo chill its a joke
@Satisfactory 😂😂😂😂
If I had a dollar for every time he said alright I’d be a rich man
This made my time drop from a 4.9 to a 4.48
"I don't have big hands" (shows a pretty big big hand to camera.)
What about the middle linebacker or inside linebacker
Nordi Boi and BiG MOTO Exactly I’m a inside linebacker
Jazmille Feliciano yeah like who do they cover no recievers come up the middle and I don’t nwo
y'all job is to watch and help out if you dont have any man to check
Its all on reaction to their punch and grab and whoever is comming at u
yeah
Great video bro I really appreciate it ✊🏾
Hi, Can you make a video about proper quarterback mechanics? I’ve been trying to work on my mechanics and I can throw a spiral, however, the football doesn’t go as far and as fast as I want it to be. Thank you so much
simple wr release with hand
simple wr release their hand
defeat press coverage
Eyes to the inside thigh. Hawk style
Lbs don’t back paddle
So do u step on their foot?
@@MC-1177 what does killing the leg mean? And what if you’re going up against a stronger lineman, do you just do the same
@@joshuak8982 Well if you're going against a stronger lineman you just have to be more quicker and react faster to the snap i guess
I appreciate this 💪🏾
But what if you’re a 175 lb linebacker and the lineman is 100lbs bigger?? Same thing or??
So I really don’t need arm strength?
Good lesson :-)
i would step forward incase its a run if it isnt then drop back while looking for short routes
Same
So read step
I’ve seen the pat taught as well as read step
ayyye we do 7on7s at that NIU indoor facility 😂💯 during the summer
Great lesson
