Hola buenas tardes, disculpe soy nuevo en la industria dela tortilleria, hace unos meses compre C9000 de segunda mano (semi nueva) 2 preguntas oiga. 1. porque la masa no se pega en la cabeza? En cuando pasa por la cabeza se va directo ala linea 2. Hay un set preferido para el gas y aire? Muchas gracias por su ayuda oiga, tenga un buen dia.

Can you post another video when you get it dialed in? the press looks terrible and destroys 25% and the transfer to the cooling rack tosses everything together and on the floor. honestly not looking great but I can see its just not set up good.

You can also see how the tortillas already cook goes out from the oven and pass to the cooler, just to cool down the tortillas but the are perfectly cook. Hi Nacho: It´s nice to see you are interested in our products! To cook the cortillas the regular temperature is from 150°C to 200°C grades but it can heat up to 300°C.

It looks like a messy grinder. Too much debris on the outside of the drop location, and all that material should be profit.
