Chuck and Duck eating some Spruce limbs
It doesn't show VIN because the ECU is different from the PCM. Gotta rewrite it
Can this device adjust the engine soeed limit and the cruise speed limit ?
No. Ancel trucker HD200 or HD210 model can support adjust speed limit function.
@@Alina_822-h7gthanks
I turned my screw far as it would go, now 62 hp, pulling 5 bottom plows
62hp?! 🤣🤣
Didnt work on mine
What's your vehicle brand and engine model? Maybe I can help you.
Not working on my 2006 cat c-15
Can it do a force regen?
Yes, HD110 can support Detroit and Paccar engine.
Did this device work on volvo d13 ?
No, Ancel trucker HD110 cannot support it. But another model HD120 can support it.
Do a command regen. I bought the wrong one the first time and the one for my actual truck comes in today. I hope it can regen cause that will save a lot of money.
Mine came with lots of rust under the finish and a bunch of defects. I'd never buy from them again.
Wow! That dealer should be ashamed of themselves! What kind of service did they do? Just unbelievable.
Was supposed to be “completely serviced”. All they did was grease it and change air & cab filters
Had you inspected first...would you have purchased? Thanks for the vid...🚜👨🌾🚜
Honestly probably not, maybe would have tried to get a better deal but hard to say.
Nice video, thank you
that hitch will hold what would take 10 of those trucks to pull! the design and execution is extremely nice. i am really enjoying this build. your welds are B.E.A.UTIFUL. im thinking the first time you drag it down the road and see how hard that spring suspension is on your camper, we will get to enjoy an air side suspension swap or air 5th wheel video. i pulled mine with a medium duty spring ride once......after that the filon skin came loose from the wall. i repaired it and swapped to an air ride suspension and an air ride 5th wheel.
I 100% agree it’s probably going to need an air ride hitch forsure, should have probably started with that.. will probably be towing a gooseneck most of the time anyways but even still it’s going to be rough! I’ve been watching your videos for years, kinda cool that you’re watching mine now. Thanks for the encouragement, it’s appreciated!
Great build!! I was thinking the same thing about the small cab, remember a Peterbilt fatboy cab extension fits perfect on these trucks for a little extra room
Awesome setup! With a 36' sleeper that would be a great hotshot hauler.
Very cool build! Great design on the hitch mount, overkill like it should be. However I'd highly recommend a lavalier mic, I can hardly understand a word you're saying 😅. Too many of us who are interested in this stuff are hard of hearing. I use a Rode Wireless Go, works great for me.
Agreed “overkill like it should be” lol. I’ll look into the mic forsure, didn’t think anyone listened to my ramblings anyways 🤣
💯
Did you cut the cap off and adjust the fuel injection limiting screw ?
I sure did
Right on .. i’d like to do it but i’m afraid it will affect my warranty .. i would do it if i had a replacement cap to put back .. buy everywhere i check they are sold out !?
@@Rov1967 I used a tubing cutter and glued it back on afterwards

Great video, what are your thoughts on the Summit Tractor?
These are no Summit dealers here in Canada so I’ve never actually seen one.
@@nucleartreestump got you! Thanks for the quick response
Looks like you moved the rear axle enough to make it necessary to check the Ackerman measurements.
I have one of those mag drills and it works fairly well but mine has a speed control on it. Yours sounds like it is spinning way too fast. Mr Smith is a great resource to watch any time your fiddling with a truck. He has saved me untold hours of trial and error by watching his videos
Good size
Try the carbide tipped annular cutters. They last way way longer.
This will be a money pit !
i know a guy that does it like this! nice truck. i hope to see more of this project.
Pretty smart guy I’d say, definitely better than the way I’ve done it in the past! Hope to have the next episode out soon. Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment, appreciate it!
one thing that i noticed while fitting a one ton AAM1150 under my town car, the rear driver side is pushed in a whole inch... some one rear ended the car and didn't say anything. only now noticeable to debate why there is that axle under the car, the brakes work to good and the engine has too much torque. "actual truck axle work, 3-5 ton" 1 ton is for car.
Where did you get fittings from to extend your main hose to tank? Im running into the problem of chinese odd ball fitting size that nobody has or can get, thinking of cutting original hose in middle and adding onto that original hose. What did you do?
That’s exactly what I had to do. Just cut original hose and had JIC fittings crimped on with a chunk extra in the middle
I have the new version ( CK 26/20 se cab) and love it.
where did you move your unloader valve to if its not on top of your tank anymore?
It’s just off the bottom of the tank now.
Won’t a 210 250 be overkill
Yes and no. Did I need a larger machine? No, but would it have been nice for more reach and faster cleanup? Absolutely
@@nucleartreestump I see. Do you rent them when get a job n if so you rent the week?
@@adanr150 this one was rented off my friend so paid per day but had it a week. Only used 15 hrs over 3 days. The worst part is lining up dumpsters, how many and when you’ll need them.
You can’t force it to go when it doesn’t want to
Did they forget the floor supports?
The box is built like an end dump or a dump box on a tandem truck.
The wheel wells are junk and every one I have seen around town has the wheel wells sagging. It then creates cracks everywhere at the end corners and center as the saggy metal flops up and down as you drive. I had to weld all the cracks and added a 1x1 square tube center support off the shackle/hanger mount up to a plate welded to the bottom of the wheel well, then it was 100% fixed. In the end if they are going to keep using less than 1/8th" wheel wells they need to add center supports. Oh, the ramps barely hold an 8k lb excavator, I plan to add tubing on the underside of the ramps where the edges are bent under like c channel. Those bent under edges flared out so I had to use a sledge hammer to bend the "c channel they formed" back under it straight so it wasn't too wide and would fit in the ramp slide-in mounts. The ramps are straight and not sagging but they flared out at least 1/2". Luckily I have only had to rent an excavator 3 times. Otherwise it's been great.
I love how I finally found a little kid riding a tiny pony not grown woman/men❤
Chevy, lol.
Get fluid in the back tires . Huge difference . I have a 60 10
I turned mine up, about 2 turns on the screw made a huge difference in high gear road travel , also put an EGT gauge on it. No problems so far, might go another turn. Definitely need to load the rears, about 60 gallons of windshield washer fluid. About 70hrs, no problems.
When you do your 50 hour service could you do a detailed video on each step! Especially what filters go where and where you purchase your products from. Types of oils you thank work best! It would really be appreciated by us newbie’s that are that familiar with tractors! You’ll get a ton of hits. I really am please with my 2610 and it does pickup allot for the size. Do need to come up with a quick way of adding weight to the rear. What is your opinion of wheel weights? Sorry for so many question. Looking forward to following your channel!
Please post your installation of the Summit kit when you do it. I would love to put one but would like to have a good install video to follow, and to get your opinion on the summit product. You obviously have allot of experience with tractors! Thanks for the videos!
My dealer had already put washer fluid in rear tires before I bought it Better and cheaper than beet juice I would say
I bought one last year. Love it 👍👍
I purchased the Bobcat version of this tractor earlier this year. There aren’t any Kioti dealers near me. It has been an awesome tractor. Yeah, you need to get those tires filled. My property has hills that I work on so that is the first thing I did was have the tires filled, so I have not had to worry about a ballast box. A person still needs to be cautious when working on hills or lifting heavy. I checked my loader mounting bolts when my tractor was delivered and they were all torqued to spec. I checked them again at the recommended 50 hour mark and some were slightly loose. This is due to normal break in and the thick coat of paint applied at the factory. I am a retired diesel tech and did not want to deal with the regen and DPF either which is a big reason I bought this unit.
I am not sure why they don't do it for all their loaders but the KL4010 loader on my CK3710 comes with a set of braces that you place on the rams when the loader is in the up position to stop it falling down in addition to the lock switch. The braces are fitted to the top of the loader arms when not in use.
I would love to boost my hydraulic pressures up a bit more, i find it lacking in lifting power, i also have the 7.5 foot backhoe with it, if you figure out how to boost the pressure, definitely post it.
The linked peddle is easy, i have the same modle and installed it myself, it took about an hour. Also, for your third remote, i just had couplers installed in those hoses and a bracket for them mounted right beside the 4 other remotes. Works great now.
Looks like the ol 25hp does ok w that grinder. Nice rig 👍
Hello bro! How much for this model?I am researching one
Bought a CK3510SE open station tractor during the supply chain shortage while I was trying to find a cab model in 2021. Amazing tractor, but just found a CK2620SE cab model, so I am selling the 3510. The DPF and regens on the 3510 are not that bad, but won’t have to mess with that anymore. If I need more power on the 2620, I’ll just make the mods to the injector pump.
I’d be curious to see how much you notice the power difference between the two going to less. Wish I could have gotten a cab also but just works out better for me being able to park in a single garage and also using the stump grinder is better with open rops.
@@nucleartreestump My property is mostly flat and it does ok there. Where I notice a big difference is going up the hill on the road nearby. Almost stalled the 2620 at a stop sign there. This is in high range and with a 450 lb mower on the back.
Sounds like your dealer isn't good. Hope you didn't pay for a third function kit. The Kioti one has buttons on the joystick with the valve under the right step. Has quick disconnects at the loader also.
Really nice trailer
Can you please make a whole video (a longer video) of him chipping that big pile of brush??????🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤨🤨🤨🤨
