Thanks! It is a great resort, I've been 3 times now although that video was taken on my second trip when we stayed in Les Coaches, definitely preferred staying in Belle Plagne this year

That is a big assumption, it rather depends on who you buy your insurance from and the level of cover you buy. I buy the BMC's Alpine and Ski insurance which covers off piste skiing plus lots of other things. Provided I stop short of free style, big air and half pipes I'm pretty much covered. @@out-of-towns Thanks for the link. I'm with L&V, and have it for the year which includes 4 'winter sports', so when it expires next year to get covered for the the 2025 season, I'll try that cover, so i can do a bit of off pieste. 😁

Thank you! We had a great time there, we were based in Belle Plagne. We found the Les Coches side tended to be really icey so we only went there to get the Vanoise Express to Les Arc. We really liked Bozelet and Hara-kiri and enjoyed running laps of those with the Verdons Sud lift. We also liked Inversens and Blanchets but our favourite run was Sources. Have a great time, fingers crossed for good conditions

Thanks very much, glad you liked the video! Sorry to be slow replying, I post videos on here just to share with friends and family really. So I don't tend to keep a close eye on the comments, I'm not an influencer! I'm not sure if I will be going away skiing yet this year, nothing booked yet. That said I do have an outdoor dry slope and indoor artificial snow slope not too far away so would be happy to test a helmet there if that would be any good.

Their rate of change of direction is astonishing and makes it very difficult to track them. Having a nice clear sky as a background worked well for spotting them
