UI suggestion: at time 1:02 having the keep/discard options pop up over the existing select buttons makes it still look related to the options on the left. There's also no feedback confirming for me that the right entry was selected (for those of us with fat fingers). I would be really frustrated if I encountered that. I suggest having a check-mark appear after selecting a time punch, and options popping up on the bottom to the left of "submit"

Stephen, that can't be done due to federal laws. They have to send private information to a more secure system like the my financial center.
Here's a crazy invention for you. Let's see if we can figure out how to send messages to my Email rather than just an Email that says I have a new message at my financial center.

If you do the math if you use a password phrase then I don't think having additional symbols or character make that much of a difference and just make it harder for you to type and to remember. See xkcd.com/936/
