The Green Room Ensemble, Inc. is an organization dedicated to the crafting and presenting of new and unique chamber music with the goal of expanding and enriching the classical music landscape. Comprised of a rotating roster of musicians, the Green Room Ensemble performs a wide range of compositions, with a special emphasis on new music and historically unexplored gems by composers from a variety of backgrounds and heritages.

The Space We Hold is a five-part documentary series featuring the music and comprehensive life experiences of Saad Haddad, Jeffrey Mumford, inti-figgis vizueta, Pamela Z, Billy Childs, and others. This series integrates recorded performances into an interview structure to provide insight into the personal lives and compositional styles of each composer, humanizing the music and facilitating a personal relationship between audience and the composer. Areas of conversation range from early education and musical upbringing, to detailed descriptions of unique compositional voice, to the polylithic experiences of being a composer that is part of a traditionally underrepresented or mistreated community or communities.

I can't imagine these pieces being played any better, bravo! But I've always felt the first movement was too short. The suite is imbalanced as it is, but of course that's the composer's fault, not the performer's.

She understands the colorful intracacies/nuances of this delectable suite; especially in the 3rd mvmt. Strands of rubies and emaralds flowing thorough her hands. Her soulful interpretation and execution of "Summerland" is reminiscent of pianist Natalie Hinderas.
