Sadly, I haven't been able to play realistic with coastal fleet yet, since nobody plays that (except maybe when you also play with bluewater ships), But, i have played bluewater realistic, and it's kinda the same as arcade, you still get an indicator where you need to fire, so both? Realistic is preferable though.
