I hope you all enjoy my bird and other nature videos as much as I enjoyed making them. Canadian winters may be cold and (very) long, but they do give us some special gifts, like the chance to help and watch local wildlife. In my "day job", I work as a writer, and I find it very relaxing to watch the birds. My videos are raw and unedited-my truck and trade is writing, and I am terrible at video editing, lol.

Nope. These are toxic. However, they have a long history of being used during shamanistic rites, etc. There is currently research being done into using certain types of mushrooms that have similar properties to treat PTSD, anxiety etc. , and from what I understand, there's been some good results so far.
A Shallow water bird bath type of tray or plate would be a lot better and safer especially for the smaller birds😊
That water tub is a little deep, birds can drown easy like that. I just found out chibi the sparrow from yt died trying getting water from a fish aquarium 😢. Shallow water where the chickadees can stand in is safe😊
