This KLX 110 is a great mini stunt bike ! I custom built this one from frame up and laced it with stunt parts I designed and manufacture. Jumbo Stunt pegs Handbrake kit Super strong handlebars handmade custom laced 12 inch front wheel 143 cc big bore kit 12 Oclock scrape bar Street Pegs Bar ends The bike came out great and it was so fast I wore street bike jacket on it for ripping top speed!

www.50stunt.com offers billet handlebar ends that extend past the end of the grip to provide protection for the levers when the bike is dropped on the ground. when the levers are setup correctly so they do not hit the ground when the bike is on its side, the levers don't break. Check out the install video and keep one wheel up!

I dont restore machines for a job. I did that one because its a production machine I purchased for my business to manufacture motorcycle parts. I purchased the machine online and didnt know how bad the condition was from photos.

Stumbled on your instagram... wondering why you got rid of the Brother Speedio
Vertical cnc is way to slow, I only had one because It was in my garage until I finished building my shop and got another horizontal. the spindle never stops running while I load parts, and all parts are only 2 operations because of the 4th axis, instead of 3-4 ops on the verticals.
@@50STUNT sounds like you're busy.. nice to hear. been looking into a smaller speedio myself. other than the work you're doing not being a match.. any issue with the brother? most people seem to rave about em
@@blauschuh the only issues I had was the extreme noise when I machined parts . the BT30 machine is just not as rigid as cat40 horizontal. Chip evacuation was a problem also. My nieghbor has Dual contact spindle and its much quieter.

I dont ride as much now. I don't have that crf anymore, I wish I did!! I sold it to pay taxes . That bike was way better than the KTM I ride now.

Where do I get this bracket? I’ve been looking everywhere and can’t find it. I know a guy with a hoss milling Machine that is willing to make the part for me if you could share the file
I am still figuring out what years the bracket fits and adding it to my site. I dont share my designs, I have been making a living selling them since I created the dual caliper in 2008 for my CRF450.

warp 9 wheels, tires didnt work they rub, too wide. I usually run 150/60/17 rears but those are for dirt and are too wide.

Hey, I'm really interested in getting something like this setup for my 2012 kx450. By any chance could I pay you to machine one for me? Or do you know anyone I could pay to make a bracket for me? I've never done anything like this so I'm at a loss for where to start it look but want to get that.
Is the 2012 same as 2019? I design, machine and sell these brackets and dont follow or recomend anyone copying my parts sorry.

doesnt look like it, the swingarm is not round tubing so no way to bolt up the swingarm bracket to hold the cable
