This is primarily due to the fact that wireless mics and IEM systems typically operate on different frequency ranges, and combining them into a single device could increase the risk of frequency interference. Additionally, the technical challenges of merging the two functionalities into one system are significant. Hi, thanks for your interest in our products. Having L & R inputs for the PTM-33 can benefit you in two ways. One is that you can mix two mono inputs into one in the PTM-33. The second benefit is that you can make use of the loop-out function. You can connect audio that you want to pass on to other channels, such as a click track, to the right input and then use the loop-out function to connect it to other channels as input. @@phenyxproofficial3997 thanks for the reply. However I found out the receiver is actually faulty. I found this out because I bought the 2 mic set, and it works fine. It does have indicator lights on it that shows the charging status. Apparently what I thought was a Design flaw was actually just a lemon 🍋.

@@phenyxproofficial3997 this is a big drawback to your product. Rack space is always a concern when travelling for gigs. Requiring an extra rack space for antennas is going to cost you sales. I suggest you talk to your engineers and designers about reworking the dimensions of your cases to allow antenna mounting in same space as unit. If I had known this before I ordered, I would have picked a different product. The whole point was to use only one rack space (1U).

As it stands, you are falsely advertising a product that does not exist. I would like to know how this kind of mistake happens in a company of this size. Engineering makes a significant, functional change to a product, but sales and marketing do nothing to reflect that change. How does that happen?

@@phenyxproofficial3997 I have met the same problem. Just have bought one and tried the next day. After pairing to transmitter my receiver looses connection in a couple minutes and shows «Mute». It pairs to transmitter properly and shows the same group, channel and frequency but keeps showing «Mute» and doesn't get any signal. What could be the problem with? And how can I fix it?
