if you're not really that concerned about fuel economy and more on just giving it more performance get Dual Flat Slide Carbs probably 22mm each but you'll have to fabricate a manifold with 2 separate intakes or 2 separate intake manifold for 1 each carb or just Turbocharge / Supercharge it on stock manifolds and carby but don't forget to upgrade your clutch.. better clutch material and stiffer clutch springs as stiff as it go! with an extra 3-5hp it would just slip on standard clutch sure it would ruin the clutch assembly after a while but you're not slipping at all would also recommend a Programmable CDI Upgrade.. it would be a massive job.. a lot of machining and tuning to do but it's worth it. Ignition Timing Adjustments just like that it's a whole lot less of a headache than messing about with its mechanical ignition advancing mechanism

Jeez...have you modified the chassis at all? I recall it being kinda marginal,squodgy unadjustable shox/forks,6'' SLS front drum,etc!

Lots of blue smoke following you. Likely needs piston rings and has low compression making bike difficult to start. How fast did you go?

Hi mate .the bikes had new pistons etc ..it does 75mph on the flat .I've ported and polish it and change jetting etc ..but it been getting harder and harder to start ..so took apart and the cylinder has small hairline crack near top..so Am.looking for barrels but if not il.replace the cylinder liners ...am.trying to her to do 100mph ...she's fast 85mph downhill.thanks ..any help.is much appreciated

Sorry late reply she did 84mph ..then cam.locked up ..just done full rebuild again bigger piston .camshaft .copper head gasket etc she fast now

@@Boris7Racing I know what you mean about the power boosting you down a trail maybe turn down the settings, my specialized ebike you can turn down the power output on an app but not sure what ebike you are riding

@@Boris7Racing yh the power does feel weird at first but you learn to control it over time like I feel 100% comfortable hitting anything on mine now but I still do prefer a normal bike for uplift bike parks

@@Boris7Racing think we should have booked earlier start times after the weather changed.. but ultimately bike was main issue and 3 out of 5 stages went a bit pair shaped.. just trying to get it right for Ardrock and no where has parts! Nice one anyway mate 👍🏻 I’ll keep an eye out for your UA-cam
