They killed it for me. Can only find them if I go to flea market or other resale shops. And pay from 100-500 percent market up. They are just stealing from kids.

It's kinda can go either way People scalping or scalp it's because they wanna do trade or even getting it for their friends or trading it with their friends , the main goal is trading but selling is low so it's in the middle 😢

It’s definitely bad, it’s hard to find mainlines cars to. It’s selfish. Everyone has the right to get Hot Wheels. And not have to purchase on the secondary market. Yes sir you make the hobby bad. Dude you sound terrible and delusional.

It is not gratifying when you see that someone has 10+ cars for sale and you can't find it. It is not gratifiying that you need to buy from someone else for 2-3X price. When you have a job, children, etc you can't be in the shop for the fresh restocks. You need to buy from somone who purchased the cars just to sell it to you for 2-3X price. It is not the part of the hobby. In my country kids started to take photos in the shops, the cars are still in the basket and they try to sell 6(!) TH Porsches and 3 Supras. They don't need the cars, they want money. This is not their hobby. This is not called hobby. Just a side note: someone who buys "2" cars just to sell it, will buy more... it won't be in the video. Hobby is not about to crave for somehting and buy the leftover.

They are 110% ruining/ruined it. I know 💰 is 💰, but literally unless it’s a super or chase I don’t see how you even make enough money for it to be worth it. Buy for $6.49 and charge $15, congrats you have an eight dollar profit. Now do that a hundred more times and then you’ll have a paycheck. Kinda pathetic if you ask me.

You've got to be joking. Scalpers ruin the hobby for the purists. Further, they raid the stores and leave a wake of destruction and disorganization so much so that it ruins it for others when the stores change their policy. Totally off base with your analysis

I don’t believe ur actions help it thrive … and the only reason people will pay more for that cybertruck i.e. is cuz people buy to sell and there are close to none left in the store. For example I never find medcedes models where I live in Spain while there are tons of them on vinted or ebay. I end up having only 1 merc in my collection

I would agree with what you're doing you are making money to keep your hobby and collection growing. Imagine the cost for the model right from hotwheels if they are selling them retail for $2... It just gets compounded the more people people get in the middle

Collection coming along nicely there! I don't call what you do scalping. What I call scalping is what goes on at my local walmarts and target (why i don't even bother looking there anymore!) where SCALPERS either work there or know someone who does and as soon as new stuff hits the pegs they buy up EVERY LAST ONE of the desirable items and then resell them.

I'm not a collector my self so I can't really say one way or the other lol 😮 but nice collection there
