NEA - Transmissions are dedicated to those who are ready to Awaken and receive the Grace of the Divine. I recommend that you sit in a comfortable position somewhere quiet where you will not be disturbed. As the recording begins allow your gaze to soften and focus upon my being to absorb the NEA Transmission. If you feel the need to close your eyes throughout the process then please let that happen. You may find the energy and language takes you into an elevated state of consciousness, whereby healing can occur. I do not personally decide what will happen during each Transmission.
