Peaty's Steel City Downhill is Sheffield's premier race - and the biggest little race in the world. With a morning of practice under their belts on the brand new track riders were raring to go and left nothing out on the course. The bliteringly fast race track and rare UK dusty conditions lead to incredibly tight racing - here are all the race run highights.

After a couple of years haitus the Peaty's Steel City Downhill was back with a bang. A brand spanker of a track for all the riders called for plenty of practice to find where to squeeze out those seconds - and where to lose them. Here are all the highlights from the morning practice session.

I rocked up to Ard Rock without a plan after 25 mile ride in. Thankfully the ever accomadating riding community (esepecailly the lovely lads of KTM) sorted me out wiht bikes, beers and beds. A solid weekend of too many pints and dads falling over.

Spent the one late summer afternoon up at Doncouver. A sublime set of semi-secret trails run by the don Rob Inman. Met some bonkers lads, laughs were had, bikes were broken.

Inspirational. Was a student from 2011 to 2015 and always loved this place. Never really was much of a rider, had a few goes but still just loved the atmosphere and the fact it's here. A distillation of what I love about Sheffield

Amazing video, thank you for capturing the essence of this place so wonderfully. Some of the best years of my life were spent at Bolehills between 2002 and 2009, building friendships that to this day continue, it truly is a magical place and I'm so glad it's gone from what we had back then, to what it is today. Phenomenal work.
My first visit was around 98, back in the days of mud and bricks, If you find a kneecap its mine!! Good work!!!!
