I think your analysis of the meta is spot on and your reasoning behind the predicted bans is pretty solid, but I'm not convinced they'll go as far as banning all 4 cards at once in the upcoming B&R, I think Sorin is a given, Amalia/Wildgrowth Walker is highly likely but when it comes to Treasure Cruise and Leyline of the Guildpact I suspect they would give them a chance to see how the new format develops leading into Bloomborrow. Let me share my reasoning. This was brought up in the last Q&A, they are aware of how popular Phoenix is and that part of that is that a lot of people really consider the deck extremely fun to play, while this is not an admission that the deck gets special treatment, you can sort of understand why they are reluctant to remove a critical piece of it, I personally believe they would only act upon Treasure Cruise if it was the most obvious and glaring outlier in the format, and that's currently not the case because of Sorin + Vein Ripper and Amalia situation. When it comes to Leyline, I just don't think they believe they have enough data to take a hard stance on banning it, the comeback of Green Devotion to the top of the format has been a very recent development, people have been experimenting a lot since MKM but the current build only really broke out after OTJ introduced Outcaster Trailblazer to the archtype. That's not to imply that we need to suffer through another year of Green Devotion dominating the format before they can ban anything, but I would assume they would rather ban the non-Devotion cards first and see how the format adapts. To reiterate, I think your arguments are pretty solid and I'm not saying it's impossible for them to ban 4 cards at once since it already happened in the past, but I still feel like they would rather err on the side of caution and limit themselves to 1~2 bans on the 24th to see the effects on the format, if Phoneix and Green Devotion present themselves as big problems as predicted, they can just do another batch of bans after Bloomburrow.

Honestly, I wouldn't mind going back to how it was in the beginning of Pioneer, with everything but the fetchlands banned and ban updates every two weeks until it stabilizes.

I don't think they will cull the meta like that. They have never shown a willingness to ban cards from all of the top decks before

Fastest subscribe, prowess-god! I don't think they're likely to ban that many cards. They've shown in the recent past (cough-Karn) that they only ban when dissatisfaction has been really high, for a really long time. My money is on no changes (diverse meta-game, plenty of different top decks, some fun new cards from OTJ etc) . Vamps is very popular online, but I feel like that is not representative of paper play. MTGO meta is more boring than paper tbh. The deck is very powerful, but still feels attackable. I don't play pioneer as much as you probably, but I have not grown tired of playing it yet and can almost appreciate the balance of the over-the-top decks at the peak of the meta atm Not sure if youre looking for feedback, interested in growing the channel etc, but just in case ill drop my personal opinion: The video is very solid,gj!I always appreciate when longer analytical videos have time-stamps for different sections/arguments
