They're mostly default FOV 90 with ads FOV and uniform soldier aiming on 40 aim sensitivity 0 zoom sensitivity coefficient 0 motion blur and chromatic aberration and vignette off

It's on by default on controller. There are more in depth settings when you go to Options, go to controller, and go to on foot settings. I don't know what the optimum settings would be though

It's a valid argument. It may be because the a3 wasn't as widely produced as the a2. From what I've read it the a2 was adopted by most of the infantry while the a3 saw limited use with the navy. It still would have been cool to have a full auto m16 tho

2042 does feel different from the previous games and it takes a bit of getting used to. The guns don't have as much recoil to them and it's a faster paced game. I recommend watching some videos on the optimal controller settings as well

Because 2042 gun play sucks compared to Previous titles. Not sure what changed but I can't kill absolutely anyone and I've tried changing settings too. I have well over 100k miles in BFV and over 2k hours and I can kill more people with a pistol on bfv than I can kill with an LMG on 2042 lol. It doesn't help none they have changed the guns in the last 6 months and over half of then suck now.

Thanks! I usually play a bit offline to try to get a good feel on the guns. Like I said though there really isn't much recoil in this game. When it first came out I tended to overcompensate alot and ended up missing my shots. Gently pulling down on the right stick and tap fire is what I try to do mostly

@@rekr6647 that is what i am doing too with the right stick. Sometimes it works well, and sometimes I am just all over the place. Isn´t there a specific setting for recoil you can play around with?

I vaguely remember watching a video on the best settings to use on controller, but that was when the game first came out. Try checking some of those out. Other than that, I unfortunately don't have any other useful information 😕

I haven't encountered any blatant hackers, but there a few people who have had some insane kd's. I think 2042 just suffers from a lack of players especially when many people might not know that you can off crossplay

@@rekr6647 I have the option to either play sweaty on ps5 or just chill on old gen. I live in the OCE region and the game is dead here. Most guys I play with prefer console only version

People want their games to look good I guess, I don't blame them. It's still a good looking game and I agree that the ai could have been improved. I was playing offline and just camping the high ground waiting for them to run onto the line of fire

You should be able to turn off crossplay in the settings menu. I've also seen that controller players have less recoil plus aim assist to try to balance that issue but still. For me i feel more comfortable fighting against pc players at close to mid range and with better positioning, but there are times where I get flicked on and beamed as well.

Oh yeah, the other chinese gun in this game, the QTS-11 barely made it into any units, similar to all other OICW weapons. However, North Korean has been rocking with the new Type-88 OICW, we'll see if they fail like the US and China's, or if it may actually be successful.

It might depend in what you're playing on. I'm using a 4k monitor but if you have one try changing the video settings for the ps5 itself

@@rekr6647 I turned on resolution mode and i switched the resolution to 2160p(4k) but i still have pixelated weapon optics

I'm not sure what the problem could be unfortunately. I hoped on and it looks similar in person to the video, a bit more blurry like if it were refreshing. I also remember some of the red dot sights looking like a kaleidoscope while looking through them and that's why I usually go for the holosight

Been playing this since it came out on PS5 and never waited over 20 seconds to get into a game. Still Lots of people playing this and will be for a long while I would imagine.
