hey nice video 6 years later youtube suggested it to me. I am in process of hiring new therapists for homecare and ive found a pattern similar to what you are describing. lately we've noticed that a lot of therapists apply but then they dont follow thru with interview or follow up with welcome letter and just disappear. We have had multiple therapists hired on indeed but I feel like we are missing on a lot of good therapists who are not on indeed. help us out?

HOW DO YOU TRAIN YOUR VIRTUAL PERSON TO ACCEPT CASH WHEN THEY ARE NOT THERE?

It took me 2 years after my regular front desk and admin person quit at the same time (within 2 months from each other) to now to outsourcing my receptionist but accepting payments is a problem if they want to pay with cash. How do you resolve this issue for paying with cash? We are currently doing a low cost work around with a monitor to have our virtual receptionist greet the person and we use an online booking system that does a pay later system but you did not mention anything about the issues with hiring a virtual front desk. HOW DO YOU TAKE A PAYMENT WITH YOUR SYSTEM???? HOW DO YOU ACCEPT CASH? HOW DO YOU NOTIFY THE STAFF THAT THE PERSON HAS CHECKED IN?

I just outsourced my Front desk and am working on working out the logistics at taking payments etc. It is a transition, requires moving software programs and switching from taking physical credit cards because a virtual assistant cannot accept physical cards on a low cost issue. The issue with front desk is that it just a job. Our front desk job is very complicated so we need a more qualified person. Front desk positoins are very easy to come by and now and in my state they just put out that the minimum wage is significantly going up so no one wants to work for a reasonable wage. I finally gave up on having a physical person be my receptionist and outsourced. The complaint people have is that business owners are now being shamed into trying to find low cost wage. I finally got so fed up that I outsourced my front desk and administrative work to a different country. I woke up one day after 7 admin/front desk people who want an outrageous amount to do their job. You do sometimes have to pay PTO actually if you hire a staffing company which I STRONGLY STRONGLY STRONGLY recommend. Hiring people yourself is a soul sucking experience!

Do you have them go on PECOS to enter their information and have them reassign it to your group for medicare part B based clinic. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
