Worked out a solution. Must have the R-Phonac hearing aid paired as well as LE _L-Phonac plus LE_R-Phonac. It appears the R-Phonac is the controller. Once I had all three showing in my blue tooth devices my phone or iPad automatically connect to the device. If I am using the iPad, a phone call over rides the audio and I can take a call. Pretty neat. Now I just have to figure out the tv connection. Seems I need to buy an optical audio splitter so the sound bar and the hearing aid can be connected from the tv itself.

I bought my both hearing airds but the biggest problem I have it in my left ear and if i am in a reunion whatever the person to my left tells me I cannot heat at all. I have told the seller in El Salvador but it seems that there is nothing that can be done. I have paid $3000. 00 for the pair to me is a lot of money that is not working properly. Dont know what to do.

Need to tell us how to connect a second device. So far if I have the hearing aids connected to my phone, it won’t switch to my iPad without having to repair them. This is even if the hearing aids are both showing as blue tooth devices in my Bluetooth directory. Not impressed with the aids so far. Have paid loads of money for something that is so difficult to use.

The ‘background' music on this video makes it seriously difficult for hearing-impaired people (e.g. me) to hear the words!

Great - thank you! Can you have the devices connected to both the App and my iPhone at the same time? In other words, if I am connected to the App, will my iPhone continue to ring in my devices?

Great instructional video. On my Iphone11 In settings I do not have the option to disconnect the (LE) hearing aides individually while in bluetooth mode. Only option is to forget the device. PHONAK selection give me both disconnect/forget this device option. Is this normal? If I select forget this device to disconnect the aids individually will I have to pair them again. Is it really required to have the APP or is it just for enhancements/adjustments? Thank you.

This app seems to jump from my blue tooth blue parrot headset back to phonak hearring aid mode without me doing anything different. That would be fine if person on other could understand what I am saying once it switches to phonak ear. Using Iphone Pro Max 13 and blue parrot headset I could hear. and people could hear me when speaking, but when phone rings in it jumps to Phonak hearing aid mode, and no one can hear me in this mode and I have to switch back to my blue tooth headset set to have a normal conversation. Its terrible and was told your aid worked well with Iphones. You want to use to hear for, audio books, and phone conversations they work great. Iphone keeps updating and not sure whose is at fault. Suggest you s you try calling out to someone to see how well they can hear you before you buy.

A good description but severely marred by the unnecessary background ‘music’ which made it very difficult to follow at time. Those with perfect hearing can be such a trial.

Maybe a series of videos on what do when encountering the "app" not responding like the instructions you so germanely explained because it takes about two months to get an appointment with the audiologists at the Veterans Administration Health Center. I LOVE that place - but there are many of US and so few of THEM. LOL

How do you change the default? I created a setting setup and named it but it keeps flicking over to the 'Automatic' setting which is really annoying. Either that or how do you delete the default equalizer settings?

It is interesting that an instructional video for hard of hearing would have background music playing during the audio. The background music makes it harder for the hearing impaired to understand the words. One would think an hearing specialist would understand this.
